"First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️"

"The hotel environment is pretty good. There's a delicious dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the Lotus Square is nearby, making transportation very convenient with a bus stop right outside. We stayed for two nights, but no one came to clean the room on the second day, and we weren't given any water. We had to call the front desk to have water delivered to our room later."

We stayed on the 19th floor, and the view from the window was quite good. ## Service What I can't understand is that after we extended our stay for another night, we left in the afternoon. About half an hour before we left, the cleaning lady asked if we wanted the room cleaned. We said yes, but a bit later. When we left, the cleaning lady was cleaning the room next door. However, when we returned in the evening, we found that the room hadn't been cleaned at all. None of the toiletries or drinking water had been replenished, which meant we didn't have enough shampoo and shower gel when we showered. It was quite late then, and we were too tired to go to the front desk for new supplies."

"My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Transiting in Macau, the location is indeed excellent, right across from the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. The service rating goes to the gentleman at the entrance on the first floor; his directions were clear, and he answered every question. The environment is really just average, too old... And the hangers couldn't be removed to hang clothes. What's the point of the clothesline in the bathroom then? The showerhead is also fixed, which made showering really uncomfortable... The kettle cord wasn't long enough either... The newest thing in the entire room was the router... The pillow was too flat, the blanket too thin, and it was a bit itchy... I didn't sleep well."

"The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025."

"This hotel in Macau consistently delivers high-quality service and fantastic rooms. I checked, and a night during a moderately busy season, including tax and breakfast, is around 1200 RMB. I feel that's a bit pricey. If it were off-peak, this themed room for about 700 RMB would be perfectly fine. This was my first time staying at a Grand Lisboa series hotel and a themed room, and my child absolutely loved it! The huge balcony and the big doll made for great photo ops. The only minor issue was that breakfast was on the second floor on the other side of the mall. Even though it was included in the room rate, I felt I was paying extra for it. If I skipped breakfast, the room would have been around 1000 RMB. So, that 100+ RMB breakfast didn't feel particularly worth it, even though my child enjoyed the kids' meal. For adults, it wasn't great – there were only four set breakfast options to choose from. In hindsight, I should have just opted for the hotel's regular breakfast. It might be more expensive, but the variety would definitely be much greater. It was my mistake for not checking reviews or understanding the kids' breakfast options beforehand. The location is also a little bit off, but still acceptable. It's about a 25-minute walk to the central area near The Londoner. A taxi takes a slightly longer route, costing 30-35 yuan. So, I could choose to walk and save my feet when it's cool, or take a taxi when it's hot. Overall, I'm still very satisfied."
