"We originally booked a twin room, but they changed it to a double room and said that we didn't tell the booking platform our request. In the end, the hotel gave us two breakfasts, and Trip refunded the price difference, so it was okay."

"I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try."

"This hotel has a great terrace. But we had a good time there shortly because of strong sunbeam and wind.... The staff were all kind. The location is not good. The charity kitchen and bathroom were around this hotel. So you can see so many homeless. Furthermore ambulances keep driving by the hotel wit their sirens on, 24/7. The bedding and towels were too old and worn out."

"There are super cute employees at the front desk who are very enthusiastic. They will introduce to me the functions of each room and show me how to use each door card to ensure that the performance of the card is intact."

"Ikonic hotel (Parque das Nações) is lovely, modern, very confortable, and very well achieved architecture and decoration/style. The location is great. The staff members are very professional and polite, and overall the hotel service is excellent. And the hotel has beautiful views to the river Tejo. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely come back."

"Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from."

"The room was very clean and new. The front desk was also very good. I also ate small egg tarts. Very quiet. The location is also very good. I like 😻😻😻; the decoration style is also good. 👍🏻"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tejo. The staff made the experience truly memorable Magdalena was especially kind and very accommodating throughout my visit, always ready to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. I also appreciated Loraine’s thoughtful gesture of giving me a Coke as a gift, which was a simple but very nice touch of hospitality. Overall, the service felt personal and genuine, and it made my stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"I think this place is great for a short stay of 1-2 nights with friends, and it's right by the metro station. If you're traveling solo, I'd probably still recommend staying at the Lisbon City Hotel next door – check-in is at the same spot anyway, and they have a 24-hour front desk."
