"Overall, my stay was average, with the room experience being a definite highlight, but the check-in process significantly impacted the overall impression. It was a stay with very clear pros and cons. First, let's talk about the room's strengths, which was the most satisfying part of this stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with no cramped or stuffy feeling. Whether traveling alone or with companions, there was more than enough room to move around. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent; the floors, tables, bedding, and bathroom areas were all spotless, with no stains, dust, or strange odors. Attention to detail was evident. The indoor lighting and ventilation were great; the windows were clear, providing ample natural light during the day, making the room bright and airy with good air circulation, preventing any stuffiness. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the furniture arrangement was practical. The overall living comfort was good, perfectly meeting the needs for daily rest or a temporary stay. The hardware conditions are quite outstanding for accommodations in this price range. Upon arrival, I found that there were a lot of guests checking in, and the front desk had a long, dense queue. We waited in the lobby for a very long time, which was a significant drain on time and energy, especially waiting with luggage. This greatly diminished the experience. During peak hours, with many guests, it's easy for people to pile up in queues and experience congested waiting times, which is very unfriendly to travelers who are on a tight schedule and want to check in quickly to rest. In summary, the hotel's room hardware, hygiene, and living comfort are commendable, making for a very good living experience. However, the excessively long wait during peak check-in times dragged down the overall check-in experience."

"The flight camp has a fantastic location, just over a kilometer east of the North Visitor Center of the Volcanic Geological Park. It has 10 rooms, all very new and well-equipped despite their small size, with smart technology and balconies. The service was excellent; the young man who greeted us was handsome and proactively helped with our luggage. The complimentary breakfast was quite substantial, including millet porridge, eggs, kimchi, fried dough sticks, and corn. The restaurant also serves full meals; we tried the roasted lamb leg, which was delicious, but reservations need to be made an hour and a half in advance. We originally booked only one night, but the stay was so comfortable that we extended it for another night. Room 01 offers a direct view of Volcano No. 3 from the bed, and the electric skylight in the roof allows for stargazing at night. Best of all, pets are allowed."

"The room, located on a high floor in Block C, is very spacious, easily accommodating three people. Facing east, it gets plenty of sunlight, offering stunning sunrises and morning glow. Situated right by Wanda Plaza, the location is excellent with a subway station downstairs. The Science and Technology Museum and Grand Theatre are nearby, and it's a short taxi ride to the museum, about fifteen minutes to the airport, and only half an hour to the grasslands. Wanda Plaza itself is in the adjacent building, providing a huge variety of dining options. Plus, there's a China Resources supermarket on the ground floor with an extensive selection of food and fruits."

"There were no complaints about the room itself; it was excellent, and our child was delighted. However, there were issues with check-in! The first time we arrived to check in at 12:00, the receptionist was very sweet and smiling, and said the room was currently being cleaned, and we could leave our bags at reception and go for a walk, which we agreed to. We returned an hour and a half later, and the receptionist was again smiling sweetly, handing us a complimentary gift—a plate of sliced ​​fruit—and led us to our room! Looking forward to the room with a children's slide we'd booked, we entered the room, and at that moment it became clear what all this ”hospitality” was about. Instead of the room with a slide we'd booked and paid for 10 days before our trip, we were given a room with a bunk bed (which was 1,100 rubles cheaper than the one we'd paid for). Naturally, we inform her that this isn't the room we paid for, to which the girl replies that she doesn't understand Russian. She calls, I assume, the owner, to which she replies that this is the room I paid for. I show her my TripCom reservation (which has a photo of the selected room), after which she says, ”That room is occupied, you can check in here, I'll refund the difference.” We started arguing - how could it be occupied if we booked and paid for exactly this room a long time ago. After our bickering, the ”owner” calls some Russian woman, Svetlana (we could hear her answering). This woman's daughter is staying in the room we paid for and she went shopping, and her things are all packed. You can, she says, move them to another room. The owner thanked her many times 😅 It's really unclear why? She didn't even apologize to us. So, in short, the service leaves much to be desired. The hotel rules state that check-out is at 12:00 PM, but apparently that's not the case for everyone. 🤣 The room was cleaned in front of us. Some Svetlana's daughter and her child were staying there, but the room was smoky, with an ashtray full of cigarette butts, e-cigarette sticks strewn about in the toilet, and, naturally, no one had packed their things. The receptionist collected our things in front of us. I'd like to contact the hotel management - if you accessed the Trip.com platform and agreed to the online room sales terms, please fulfill your obligations to provide the amenities the customer paid for! You clearly saw that you have a paid reservation for this room."

"Overall a very good stay. The hotel wasn’t expensive, so the facilities too were jot over board, but for its value its a very good place. Walking distance from Hohhot Railway Station. Easy access to famous attractions. The staff is great and helpful. The rooms were dated, but very clean and thats what matters most I guess."

"I'm a returning guest, and I had a very comfortable stay last time, and this time was good too. The main draw is that it's cheap and cheerful, with a great location not far from the commercial center and the train station, making dining and shopping super convenient (it's almost too many choices, haha). However, everyone, please beware of the shop called ”Mongolia Dairy Products Store” under the signboard at the intersection nearby! The owner is really bad! For the same milk balls, the store across the street sells them for 20, but he dares to charge 29! And when I tried to talk to him, he just played dumb, with a heavy accent that made it impossible to understand."
