A Truly Pleasant Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay

Perfectly located hotel in the central of Solo attractions with very affordable price. Very close to Batik museum, Sriwedari Park, Radya Pustaka museum dan Tumurun museum. The hotel is very old, provide minimum amenities., but room and hotel is very clea. However there was very strong bad odour on the corridor along the way to our room. Upon notify the staff about this, they took action straight away and tried to get rid of the smell. Well done to very responsive and cooperative team. I also like the breakfast spread provided. Lots of local food like soto ayam, bubur ayam, kari ayam dsn bubur ketan hitam. What a delight to start the day with delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Solo.

My first stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. I was given a room at the very end of the hall, and the cleanliness was subpar. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the bed sheets and pillowcases weren't clean; it seemed like they hadn't been changed after the previous checkout, as there was a lingering smell of hair oil on the pillowcase. I tried to report it and asked the staff, but they insisted they had been changed. The water pressure from the sink faucet was extremely low, and the first flush of the toilet was very dark, like drain water, so I had to let it run for a while before I could use it.

Nice welcome by the staff, got upgraded to have a quieter room for free thanks to them. Hotel is nearby a big road so lot of road noise from all the rooms but a bit faded in the back. Bed was comfy, and water dispenser is available - good stay !

Overall, both the service and cleanliness are good But for couples, it's not quite worth it because the sound leaks, sometimes we can hear people coming in and out of the room hahaha even though we're watching a movie

Clean and comfortable

You can park cars and motorcycles downstairs, and there's a supermarket not far away. The elevator is sensor-controlled, and the front desk lady was very friendly. There might be ants in the room, so if you're allergic to ants, you should check.

The hotel is directly to the beach, the kids love it here. The room is quite relieved.

Hotel di lokasi bandungan yg sejuk. Kamar tidur bersih, hanya waktu disana ac bocor dan berisik. Kamar mandi walau terkesan lama masih Ok. Masih jadi pilihan jika berkunjung ke area sana lagi.
