"Management does not reply email requests, unfortunately. I asked to receive a refund or date change for a room shared booking as I needed a private room such day and did not receive an answer :-("

"I only have this one photo, but overall I had a good experience with the accommodation. One of the best things about this place is the privacy. Each bed has curtains, so you don’t really have to worry about people seeing you. It made changing clothes very convenient, and I rarely had to make eye contact with others, which is perfect if you’re more introverted. There’s also a light inside the bed area, so you can read before going to sleep, and hooks for hanging clothes, which was useful for items I wore often. In addition, there are personal lockers that can only be opened with a code, which felt secure. The bathroom was also relatively clean. However, the overall quality really depends on the people you end up sharing the space with. It was a bit disappointing to see how much the experience can vary. One night, I heard some strange noises from other guests, which made me feel quite uncomfortable and a bit scared. If you’re lucky with the people around you, this place can be very satisfying. My first night was great, but the second night was not as pleasant due to some inconsiderate behavior from other guests."

"The hotel isn't far from the station. The room was actually quite spacious, but the layout wasn't very practical, making it cramped when trying to organize belongings around each bunk bed. The top bunk was too low, and you couldn't even sit up straight on the bottom bunk. Underneath the bottom bunk, there were two large metal baskets for luggage, which looked big, but my 22-inch suitcase couldn't fit, so I could only use it for my backpack. There were no privacy curtains, but each bunk had a light, an outlet, and a small shelf. The room had a private toilet and shower, but the exhaust fan would loudly hum as soon as the light was turned on. You also had to make your own bed (put on the sheets, pillowcase, and duvet cover) and remove them and take them to the front desk when checking out. There's an elevator, which is a plus."

"The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly."

"The hotel is in the city center. It's a 10-minute walk from the Dublin Express airport bus stop. There are many bus options nearby to get to other attractions, and most Galway tour group meeting points are also in this area. The bathrooms and showers are very clean, and the staff cleans them frequently. The only downside is that accommodation prices in Dublin are generally very expensive."

"Pretty good for a youth hostel, clean bedspreads, quilt covers and pillow covers on the bed, make your own. Girls from all over the world are very conscious, the bathroom is clean, and the bar downstairs is noisy until 13:00 in the morning, which has no impact on my good sleep."

"The beds are comfortable. Quite well located, not too far from the center (25 minutes on foot). The Yellow Café next door is excellent for breakfast. The shower for the room isn't actually in the room itself, but it's very close by, quite spacious, and clean."

"Overall, it was great, much cleaner than expected, and we couldn't hear any noise from the bars at night. Excellent value for money. The only thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so carrying large suitcases up and down stairs was quite tiring. Our family room faced the street, and with the windows open, you could clearly hear people talking as they passed by, but it was much better with the windows closed. Also, some rooms might have a slight renovation smell, but this seems to be random – of the two standard rooms I saw, one did and one didn't. If it bothers you, you could probably ask the hotel if they can switch your room. There was a minor hiccup: we booked a family room, but were initially assigned two standard rooms. After speaking with the hotel, they switched us back to a family room. The standard rooms were on the third floor and the family room was on the first, so the three of us were exhausted from moving our luggage up and down. P.S. The photos and videos seem to have been taken with a 0.5x wide-angle lens. The video shows a standard room; the family room is much more spacious and doesn't feel as cramped. The bathroom in the pictures belongs to another standard room, but they're all pretty similar and quite clean."
