I was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too. The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay. The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel. The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride. The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The information on the Trip and its bot isn't right, also the phone number is not correct as well in case you want to contact them. The reception IS NOT 24 HOURS. They work 9–21 only. You can't move in after 21, and hotels around are closed too — I tried calling to absolutely every hotel. Kamome have a bunch of numbers on their door, but be ready none of them will be answered after 21. Be careful. A man from combini saved my life, somehow after about 20 minutes of trying to call hotels (just like did I), he finally got Kamome's right number and they answered. Idk if it is true or not, but they said on reception that the problem was a number. Anyway, after this absolutely stressful experience I got my room safely thanks to combini man. My personal experience became like that because I couldn't tell the hotel my train was delayed and I arrived a way later than 24 — it was mentioned on Trip.com that they work 24/7, so I was hoping it is okay just like with hotels in places like Tokyo, but of course it was not, since Choshi is so far away from tourists places.... Thanks for the reception who accepted me during the night, but false information on the Trip.com and multiple numbers things had worsen this experience. I'm not experienced solo traveler, this trip started very stressfully for me.

Advantages: 1. The room was extremely clean. Every time I threw away trash in the common area bins, it was immediately taken out. No matter how many hours passed, the trash bags were replaced. The floors were also very clean and comfortable to walk on. 2. It's very close to Narita Station, a five-minute walk, making transportation convenient. There are many good restaurants on the surrounding street. It's also a lively area. 3. The staff were friendly. Disadvantages: 1. For bookings made in China, you must use a Google email address; absolutely no Chinese email addresses, such as QQ email addresses. This hotel requires self-service check-in. You need to click the link in the email sent by the hotel, fill in the relevant information, and the hotel will then send the room number and password to your personal email address. My QQ email blocked links, so I could open the email but couldn't click the link, preventing me from completing check-in. Also, Japanese people are quite rigid. I later added them on Line using other methods and sent them my passport information for confirmation. They refused to send the room number and password on Line and insisted on sending me an email. I couldn't receive the email. I finally received the email in my Google email address. If you don't receive the email, even if the hotel owner stands in front of you and you show them your passport, you still can't check in. That's the rigidity of the Japanese. You need to complete the relevant check-in information via the link before checking in. 2. This hotel, if you only rent one bed, is mixed-gender. A previous review misled me into thinking there were separate male and female areas. Actually, if you only rent one bed, you don't know whether your roommate is male or female. 3. The shower area is really small. I don't have claustrophobia, but when showering, because it's so small, I felt like I couldn't breathe. The space is small, and once the door is closed, there's hardly any air.

there was a constant noise from a hole in the wall that i assume is for ventilation. the location is very close to the aeon mall and train station. the breakfast is small. you can get some more vegetables and soup at the self-serve area, but i could have eaten all the vegetables by myself. there's not much. i wouldn't call it a buffet. the taste was good, especially the eggs, but the self-serve vegetables tasted basic. i expected better since it's a restaurant, but it's really just a mid-range hotel breakfast. the coffee was also not tasty. there were no other fresh drinks, just water and a drink machine.

The room was clean and I was very satisfied. I arrived by car, but was directed to the nearest coin parking lot and was unable to use the parking lot on site, so I had to walk a bit with my luggage, which was disappointing. Thank you.

It's close to Tokyo Bay and the night view is beautiful. It's about 15 minutes to Kisarazu Station. There is a convenience store nearby, but many restaurants close quite early. Parking is available, so it might be a good place to stay before golfing.

Service: First and foremost, their service is excellent. Both their professionalism and hospitality are above average in Japan. Facilities: The facilities are typical of traditional Japanese hotels. You might be surprised by the size of the elevator. The rooms are even opened with a key, or a square latch if you don't have a card. You probably wouldn't find this kind of feature in China. Cleanliness: It was actually very clean, but I was a little bothered by the rather old quilt.

very nice service,japanese hos pitality ”omotenashii” we arrived 2pm,one hr.earlier before check-in but they allowed us to check- earlier,the food & service of room dinner is superb,especialy the superior lady staff,they approach us like we visit our relatives in province,so relaxing place,i can smoke in the terrace with a natural sounds of sea waves.thanks trip.com always,more power & god bless

Putting aside any resentment towards Japan regarding the hotel itself, the overall environment is fantastic. The hotel's location is slightly remote, near the sea, but thankfully convenient. There's a restaurant downstairs and a convenience store next door, so you can buy almost anything you need. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, with almost no repetition each day; the scrambled eggs are particularly delicious. The only downside is the small room; a 24-inch suitcase can't be opened at all. The hotel's cleanliness is superb, very spotless and odor-free. Staff clean the room daily, and the toilet is also very clean. The bathtub is small, but it's perfectly adequate for one person, with a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel provides a kettle, so hot water is readily available. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the check-in process is a highlight—you can check in yourself at the self-service machine, which seems to be something not yet available in China!
