"Location is very convenient, a few minutes away from the station and there are lots of retail shops and restaurants near by. Amenities and refreshments are all located in the lobby for self-service, and staff at the front is very helpful when we encountered any type of question. Our room is located on the top floor, which gave us nice views and ventilation. But we are aware that our friends staying in other floor/type of room was a bit more crowded and compacted."

"If we ignore the ”Love Hotel” connotation, which can be a little confusing at first, the hotel is fantastic, and for this price (during the week), it's VERY difficult to find equivalent quality. A huge TV is opposite the bed, and with a little fiddling with the cables, you can even put your computer on it... The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is large and luxurious, frankly superb, I've rarely stayed in such a good hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the nearest station isn't right next door, the only minor complaint. I would happily return!!!"

"For a couple of nights, it's a perfect option! Comfortable beds, larger than single beds. The room was cool, but there was air conditioning. The cafe that gave out instructions for check-in gave coffee to go and all the bath accessories. The room has a small room in traditional Japanese style - with a low table, ottomans, and in the drawers there are two kimonos and baskets to take with all this to the onsen. The location of the hotel is great - a few steps from the golden onsen."

"You could choose from a selection of amenities, and there was a welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast was also included, which consisted of a set of five small, toasted bread rolls and a beverage, allowing us to enjoy a warm breakfast. Being on the first floor, the noise from footsteps upstairs, outside, and in the hallway was quite bothersome. The bed seemed to be broken; one side was severely sunken, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, which was disappointing. My husband's side was fine, however. We stayed here for a business trip as a couple. Aside from the noise issue, it was cheaper than a business hotel, and the bathroom and room were more spacious. So, I think it might be more comfortable to choose a non-business hotel when traveling as a couple. The staff were also very attentive."

"当日夜の宿を検索していたところ、直前で宿が見つかり安心しました。ホテルは清潔で大浴場もついており快適に過ごす事が出来ました。宿泊のみの目的だったので、窓からの眺めは気になりませんでした。地下鉄の駅からも近くて良かったです。入り口が階段のあるところしか見つけきれず、キャリー持ちだったのでスロープがあると助かるなと思いました。個人的には、「もっこす」さんと言うラーメン店や****が近くにあって良かったです。 少し歩きましたが（歩ける範囲）に神戸駅があり、ハーバーランドにもタクシーなしで行けました。今回はお世話なり、ありがとうございました。"

I likes staying in Kobe,its a great city, i stayed for 3 nights then extended my stay for another night and was considering staying much longer but the price to stay started of ok ,then when I extended the price when up a little, then when I went to book again the price was insanely high,so I moved out The guy running the hostel was nice I'd recommend staying there if it were $20 odd dollars a night but not what trip.com had it advertised for on Saturday night

The station is not far away. There are many places to eat and a supermarket nearby. After arriving at the station at 11 o'clock, we left our luggage at the station. After dinner, we went to Okami Park to drink tea and enjoy the scenery until 2 o'clock. Then we returned to the station to pick up our luggage. When I was ready to check in, I was told that the check-in time was at 4 o'clock. I could only discuss with the owner to store my luggage and then go to the supermarket and walk around until 4 o'clock. I checked out at 10:00 the next day and waited in the station rest room. The sound insulation facilities were poor. There is no small refrigerator in the room, which is inconvenient. I hope Ctrip’s information is correct. The Kinki Nature Trail at Jibibi Observatory is worth a walk. There is a bus in Shimohama on the return trip to Xiangzhu Station.

I stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.

I made a reservation on the day, so I gave up the parking lot and stopped nearby. I should have gone to the partner, but I was relieved that the parking lot I used all the time, so But the room was clean and I was able to stay on the day, so I think it was good. I stayed in Osaka to go to see live performances, so I had a meal, but I didn't eat, so I don't know a little, but I wish I had a pot in my room that I could drink tea.

Although Shanyin itself is a relatively low consumption place, it is incredible that 20,000 yen can eat and stay for two people... Living in Japan for nearly 100 hotels and hotels is definitely in the top three. Although it looks like an old hotel, it can be seen that the woman will make everything in the room for better service, and then the carbon fire dinner is amazing, all the ingredients are big and fresh, It took the two men an hour and a half to finish eating. After dinner, the girl will also specially ask her son to drive us to the nearby hot spring bathhouse. Thank you very much. It was a very satisfying night. I believe many passengers who get off at Yue are going to Tangcun Hot Springs but I think it's totally possible to stay here without going back there (close to the station) for the night, and I highly recommend staying here for friends who don't have to ask for a private bathroom. This hotel is amazing.

Maya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood.

It's close to Himeji Castle, with supermarket nearby. The facility is clean. The staff recommended walking around Himeji Castle during the night time, it was really nice and beautiful. Staffs are not always around, even drop luggage before check in should be done after 10am, so be aware of check in and check out time.

It seems to be a youth travel hotel transformed into a school. The rooms are on the second floor, with toilets and sinks at both ends of the corridor. There is also a sauna, but there is no electricity. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me that ”convenience stores are expensive and there is a supermarket next to it.” English is average, but mobile phone translation app is enough. I also specially helped me open the sofa into a second double bed, of course, I received the difference. Free breakfast is the smallest of the three packages. It tastes good. In short, the price is very high, recommended!

the food is most generous and sumptous, and very high standard. We stayed in couple room with a private onsen tub. This make our stay most memorable as my wife was recovering from a major surgery. When we request the staff to add another layer to the futon mattress, he told us to do it on our own since the futon are in the room. When we told him that my wife is unable to do so due to the surgey, he oblidge to our request but unhappily. Apart from this unpleasant encounter, we decided to return again to this place.
