"The hostel is nice with a nice layout that gives you some privacy. However since every bed has its own light people just kept it on the whole night so I couldn’t sleep. Also the dormitory is small and showers and toilets are inside the room and people started to use the hairdryer early in the morning. The owners are nice tho, and when I complaint they gave me an eye mask as a gift which was very thoughtful. Location is great."

"This was my first visit to Nagasaki, driven by my craving for Nagasaki Champon. The hotel is incredibly close to Chinatown, and with the festival currently underway, the location couldn't be better. There's a convenience store and plenty of restaurants nearby. All the staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the guidebooks available for foreign guests in English, Chinese, and Korean, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. "A very clean, professionally run, well-managed place in a convenient location. They allowed us to change our room on the first night because of a slight smell, which was very kind. The second room had no issues. We appreciated having a bathroom with a drying function, since that made it possible to dry our clothes. My only minor criticism is that the pots in the kitchen were non-stick ones that were scorched and scratched, and there were no larger plates."

"This hostel has some genuinely strong points, but also several issues that stop it from being a great stay. It’s very much a mix of highs and lows. The positives: The common room is comfortable, with very good sofas and fast Wi-Fi (though it occasionally drops out — a router upgrade would easily fix this). There’s a shared kitchen with a labelled fridge, and the location is excellent for exploring Nagasaki. Dorm rooms are good value for the price. Bed spaces are a decent size, with excellent blackout curtains that block light even if others leave the lights on. You also get a small lockbox for valuables. The negatives: Check-in is fully self-service with no reception. You’re given a folder with rules and keys, but if you need help, there’s no clear support — which can be stressful, especially for travellers without phone SIMs. There is no lift. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the narrow stairs make carrying luggage difficult. Facilities per floor are also limited: only one toilet and one shower shared between multiple dorms, plus the washer and dryer on the same floor, which feels insufficient and awkward. Extras are all paid separately (towels, toothbrushes, earplugs, etc.). A towel really should be included at this price. Guests are also expected to strip their own bedsheets at checkout, which feels excessive. The common room layout could be improved. A large hammock takes up space and reduces seating — replacing it with chairs or bar seating would make the area far more usable. There were also staff or long-term workers frequently occupying the common room, which made the space feel less guest-focused. Air conditioning is locked and cannot be adjusted, so if you’re too hot or cold, you have no control. Would I stay again? As a backpacker on a very tight budget, yes — tahe location and price make it workable. But if you can afford it, I’d recommend paying more for a private room nearby. There are many hotels in the area offering much better comfort and support."

"The room had a washing machine, laundry detergent in the amenities, a drying rack, and a dryer in the bathroom, which made doing laundry incredibly easy. The separate bath and toilet, along with a gas stove and microwave in the room, were also very convenient. It felt more like renting an apartment than staying in a hotel, but personally, it was a convenient and comfortable room that I'd love to stay in again."

"For the price, the facilities were clean and comfortable. However, since there are only one room for men and women, I have to wait for a shower in the morning. I had a towel and a toothbrush. The location and car を make う Fang は Resident parking lot があるので Problem ないです. The location is bad for those who come by station or bus I think it takes about 15 minutes on foot from Matsubara station, the nearest station."

"The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is great, and there's free coffee and juice. It's within a 10-minute walk of Nagasaki Station, and the surrounding environment is quiet and nice. If you're driving, the shared parking is inconvenient. Check-in from 3 PM to 10 PM costs 1000 yen; other times are at your own expense. It's better to choose the 24-hour rental next door, which also has a maximum charge of 1000 yen."
