"The hostel is nice with a nice layout that gives you some privacy. However since every bed has its own light people just kept it on the whole night so I couldn’t sleep. Also the dormitory is small and showers and toilets are inside the room and people started to use the hairdryer early in the morning. The owners are nice tho, and when I complaint they gave me an eye mask as a gift which was very thoughtful. Location is great."

"First off, the location is excellent, right near Chinatown, which made getting around super convenient – no complaints there. As for the downsides, there are mainly two: 1. Poor soundproofing: At night, someone's snoring sounded like it was right next to my ear. Even earplugs couldn't block it out; it was just too loud. 2. Bad light-blocking: The lights from the hallway made the sleeping pod really bright, so I had to wear an eye mask. Both of these issues really impacted my stay, and I honestly didn't get good rest during the two days I was there."

"This is an excellent apartment-style hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of Nagasaki Station. It comes with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen with a gas stove and microwave, a washing machine, and air conditioning. Check-in is handled at a central front desk that serves several buildings. You'll find complimentary bath amenities, as well as tea and instant coffee readily available. The bed was a bit small, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable; after a week, my back and neck started to ache (though the massage chairs at Amu Plaza helped with that). However, these minor drawbacks are offset by its superb value-for-money location. We managed to see all the key city attractions in a week without using public transportation at all. The station is just a 5-minute walk, which was perfect for early departures to neighboring cities or late returns. There's also a 24-hour Yoshinoya and several key convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended for couples who plan to actively explore the region."

"The facilities are clean and excellent. It is fully equipped with amenities, just like other Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast is clean and good. The price is also good because the cost of living in Nagasaki is lower than in Fukuoka. I recommend it."

"The hotel is clean and newly renovated. It’s so good - there’s washer and dryer in the room (bring own detergent). Bathroom has bathtub. Public baths separated for men and women. There’s table tennis with bats and balls, at the lounge, for guests. Carpark is just at doorstep. Beautiful view - beach is about 10mins in front and 7-11 in front of hotel. Would stay again. Delicious bento Breakfast is and has alot."

"This hostel has some genuinely strong points, but also several issues that stop it from being a great stay. It’s very much a mix of highs and lows. The positives: The common room is comfortable, with very good sofas and fast Wi-Fi (though it occasionally drops out — a router upgrade would easily fix this). There’s a shared kitchen with a labelled fridge, and the location is excellent for exploring Nagasaki. Dorm rooms are good value for the price. Bed spaces are a decent size, with excellent blackout curtains that block light even if others leave the lights on. You also get a small lockbox for valuables. The negatives: Check-in is fully self-service with no reception. You’re given a folder with rules and keys, but if you need help, there’s no clear support — which can be stressful, especially for travellers without phone SIMs. There is no lift. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the narrow stairs make carrying luggage difficult. Facilities per floor are also limited: only one toilet and one shower shared between multiple dorms, plus the washer and dryer on the same floor, which feels insufficient and awkward. Extras are all paid separately (towels, toothbrushes, earplugs, etc.). A towel really should be included at this price. Guests are also expected to strip their own bedsheets at checkout, which feels excessive. The common room layout could be improved. A large hammock takes up space and reduces seating — replacing it with chairs or bar seating would make the area far more usable. There were also staff or long-term workers frequently occupying the common room, which made the space feel less guest-focused. Air conditioning is locked and cannot be adjusted, so if you’re too hot or cold, you have no control. Would I stay again? As a backpacker on a very tight budget, yes — tahe location and price make it workable. But if you can afford it, I’d recommend paying more for a private room nearby. There are many hotels in the area offering much better comfort and support."

"The room had a washing machine, laundry detergent in the amenities, a drying rack, and a dryer in the bathroom, which made doing laundry incredibly easy. The separate bath and toilet, along with a gas stove and microwave in the room, were also very convenient. It felt more like renting an apartment than staying in a hotel, but personally, it was a convenient and comfortable room that I'd love to stay in again."

"For the price, the facilities were clean and comfortable. However, since there are only one room for men and women, I have to wait for a shower in the morning. I had a towel and a toothbrush. The location and car を make う Fang は Resident parking lot があるので Problem ないです. The location is bad for those who come by station or bus I think it takes about 15 minutes on foot from Matsubara station, the nearest station."
