Ξενοδοχεία με 2-Star σε Bicol, Philippines

"Didn't expect that the hotel is clean. We're both seniors but there is an elevator. The staff is courteous. Mostly, the hotel is near the bus terminal . Strong water, hot and cold."

"Hotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes."

"it's about the location and convenient to the port area and airport it's just not a best quality hotel, as if now they increase the price as it's seems not good enough for the price, no elevator no hot shower, as it is just basic over night stay "

"The room was clean, and the staff were courteous and respectful. However, the amenities provided were a bit lacking for two guests, even though this was mentioned prior to check-in. Overall, we still had a good stay and were satisfied with the experience. Photos not relevant."

"Pleasant hotel, we had a Deluxe room, spacious with a window. The staff is very attentive, for example They prepare a vegan lunch even if it is not on the menu (they put meat everywhere in the Philippines)"

"Very convenient to stay here because of their location. I hope they will have complimentary water next time or even complimentary breakfast."

"Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you."

"The best place to ride a horse (paddler boat, kayaking is free)! You can also ask for a massage at a low price. I think it's only diving main guests, but there are two choices, waiting for a manta ray with half the probability or a macro. Snorkeling under the waterfall should be done!"

"Starmark Hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a busy day. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. One of the hotel's strengths is its courteous and accommodating staff. From check-in to check-out, the team is professional, responsive, and always willing to assist guests with their needs. The breakfast selection is satisfying, offering a variety of local and international dishes to start the day. Its strategic location provides easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and key attractions, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The hotel also offers reliable Wi-Fi, ample parking, and good overall facilities that contribute to a comfortable experience. While the overall experience is very positive, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve, such as modernizing some room furnishings and expanding the breakfast menu during peak occupancy periods. Pros: • Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms • Friendly, professional, and helpful staff • Good breakfast with a decent variety • Convenient location near restaurants and commercial areas • Reliable Wi-Fi and ample parking • Good value for money Cons: • Some rooms could benefit from updated furnishings • Breakfast options can be limited during busy periods • Minor maintenance improvements would further enhance the guest experience Overall, Starmark Hotel provides excellent value for money and delivers a comfortable stay with quality service. It is a reliable choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and hospitality at an affordable price."

"the staff who wait for us even though his duty is already ended he willingly wait for us to book on trip.com so for us to get a lower price and he also accompany us to our room and answer our questions. he even tell us that we can see clearly the mayon volcano at the top but that time the mayon is covered of clouds. i commend the *** staff at the time we check in. he is really kind and friendly to guests. we’ll back again on my next vacation in the Philippines ❤️"
