Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.

If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. Astrotel Cubao: The Ultimate Hub for Convenience If you are looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everything, Astrotel Cubao is a top-tier choice. Its location makes it one of the most accessible budget hotels in Quezon City.  1. Transportation at Your Doorstep The biggest win for this hotel is its proximity to major transit lines. • MRT-3 & LRT-2: You are just a 1 to 3-minute walk from the MRT Cubao Station and about 5–9 minutes from the LRT-2 Gateway Station. This makes traveling across Metro Manila incredibly easy. • Bus Terminals: Since it’s near EDSA, you are walking distance to provincial bus terminals like Partas and Isarog, which is perfect if you’re heading out of town.  2. Shop & Dine with Ease You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay The stay itself is very convenient because: • Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe. • Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!  • Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.

Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard, and the price is very affordable. Located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it is easy to find using major landmarks and clear signage. With parking btw. Beside park and fly .

We had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location was perfect for attending concerts—very convenient and made our trip stress-free. The building felt safe, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, especially if you’re in town for a concert or an event! If you stayed near the Mall of Asia Arena or another concert venue, I can also tailor the review to mention how convenient it was for that specific location.

Just quite run down, so didn’t appear super clean. Really central location for the old part of the walled city but local bar was right outside and quite noisy. Though it did not run too late.

Goods naman siya kaso sa foods, hindi. Nag order ako 1 piece chicken with ice tea tapos dumating sa amin ‘yung chicken as in walang lasa balat pati laman wala. Kung meron man lasa bread crumbs. ‘Yung ice tea ang pangit ng lasa kaya hindi ko rin inubos lahat e, ang pangit

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.
