When we arrived, a greeter met us at the car to help with our luggage and take it to the front desk. While checking in, my child was crying, and the front desk staff kindly offered a small toy to appease them. After check-in, they guided us and even helped bring our luggage to the room. They have bed rails! It's very child-friendly. The room was spacious, and the facilities weren't outdated. The service was excellent! We stayed for four nights, and since it was Mid-Autumn Festival, they gave us mooncakes and a pudding bunny, and even folded a paper bunny for our child. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Xiamen. The hotel lobby offers strollers, and there's also a free children's play area!"

As a DoubleTree by Hilton, the breakfast is worth commending; it features local Zhangzhou specialties and offers a greater variety than other Hilton hotels. It's clean and plentiful! The pool is beautiful and clean! The only downsides are that the soundproofing is a bit poor, and the water pressure is a little low due to being on a high floor. Everything else is fine though! The bedding is clean, there's plenty of sunlight, and the room gets dark enough at night for a good sleep! The front desk service is also very good. Overall, it's pretty decent, which is why I stayed for three consecutive nights!"

On the day of check-in, Mira from the Front Office provided patient and appropriate service. A male staff member with glasses from the Concierge department was also exceptionally enthusiastic and attentive, proactively offering assistance upon my arrival at the hotel. From the initial communication to check-in and then to departure, the entire service process was smooth and meticulous. You could genuinely feel the team's dedication to operating the hotel to the best of their ability, even at its opening stage. **Room Interior:** Initially, I was a bit concerned about potential renovation odors in a newly opened hotel, but there was no pungent smell during my actual stay. The guest rooms and public areas are designed with modern aesthetics as the foundation, incorporating local architectural elements such as Minnan Qilou (arcade-house) and red-brick ancient houses into the detailed decor. It perfectly blends a sense of sophistication with a local cultural atmosphere. However, even with the room upgrade provided by the Front Office, the view from the room was only ordinary, which was a slight disappointment. **Location:** The hotel is located at No. 9-2, Chengyi North Road, Jimei District, surrounded by the Jimei Software Park TOD·Jinyue Tiandi commercial area and several tech companies. Transportation is very convenient; you can reach the hotel by walking about 100 meters from Exit 1 of Jimei Software Park Station on Metro Line 1. It's also effortless to take the metro to Xiamen North Railway Station. However, the hotel is quite far from Xiamen Island. If your main purpose is to visit attractions on the island, commuting will take up a lot of time. It's perfectly suited for travelers who need to catch high-speed trains or are on business in Jimei. Overall, this new hotel is highly recommended. Compared to the Jimei Sheraton where I stayed last year, the Jimei Marriott has a clear advantage in service quality. You can feel that all the staff are genuinely dedicated to refining the guest experience, and it will definitely be on my list for my next trip to Xiamen."
