"I stayed here for three nights because the reviews on this site and Google Maps were almost perfect, and the price was very affordable. Just as everyone mentioned in their reviews, the owner was incredibly kind and friendly, making for a wonderful stay! It seems to be a family-run business, and there was a young lady at the front desk sometimes. Both she and the owner were fluent in English. All the staff were smiling and incredibly friendly; their hospitality was truly outstanding. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it very comfortable. If I had to pick a downside, it would probably be that the shower drain was a bit clogged. I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't use it, but there was also a nice pool. The hotel is right in front of the Siem Reap River. When walking into town, I highly recommend strolling along the shaded path by the river; it's much cooler and more pleasant than walking under the scorching sun. At night, there were food stalls and lights, creating a lively, festive atmosphere every day. The walking distance to town was also perfectly acceptable. This isn't an issue with the hotel itself, but the restaurant next door, 'The River,' plays loud live music late into the night, which could be heard from my room. Personally, I was always so tired that I fell asleep quickly, so it didn't bother me, but sensitive sleepers might want to bring noise-canceling earbuds or earplugs. Overall, this might be the first time I've ever had such a comfortable stay at such a low price. It offered the best value for money of any hotel I've stayed in. At checkout, the owner even gave me a handmade bracelet with my initials on it, which truly touched me with their hospitality."

"A decent budget hotel for unpretentious travelers. The room was a bit tired, but it had a kettle and a fridge. The breakfasts were good with a choice of several dishes. There's a small, clean pool. The rooftop terrace offers stunning sunset views. Our room wasn't cleaned once in 3 days, but we didn't ask for it to be. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service with a driver for a full day of temple hopping in Siem Reap for $15, which we took advantage of. They also sell bus tickets to other cities. It's about a 7-minute walk from the hotel to the night market, where you can shop and find good food. We really liked Siem Reap, despite the extreme heat of +36°C."

"I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel, we had the most special stay here. First of all, location is excellent it is a 15 minute walk to the pubstreet along a straight road. It is close enough while also feeling tranquil. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. we particularly enjoyed good. The pools are a real standout! I loved the freshwater pool so much, the perfect place to chill and read. Just amazing. The staff are also what makes the hotel so special. Point out amazing local recommendations and ensured we were well taken care of. It was my birthday while we were staying; I didn’t tell the staff yet their attention to detail meant that they recognised this and arranged surprises for me which was truly appreciated. The service was very thoughtful; they even prepared an extra bed on the bay window since we had a child. We received a complimentary 35-minute spa experience upon check-in, and the massage was amazing! The breakfast was also excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options – truly abundant!"
