This hotel is located in a quiet area but it's far from the main tourist spots, so you'll always need to take a tuk-tuk to get around. The cleanliness and the staff's friendliness are definitely the highlights of this place. However, the air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy at night, and if you turn yours off, you can hear the AC from the next room. The bathroom really needs an upgrade; there's no shower curtain or screen.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room is clean. The pool is clean. There's a large supermarket nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. I recommend the price and quality.👍

The reviews and photos are very consistent, and since the night bus arrived super early, I could relax by the pool. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, and the taste was decent. The service attitude was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The downside is that you can't shower after checking out. It's about 2 km from the lively night market, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk to get around.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and they're already cooled down with the AC on, ready for your arrival! The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and impeccable!

This hotel offers good value for money. It's conveniently located near the city center and several good gyms. Pub Street is just a 10-minute walk away, and Angkor Wat is a 20-minute motorbike ride. You can also rent a motorbike directly from the hotel and buy bus tickets to Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.) I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only ) Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things. Overall, everything went well, no other complaints.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. Stunning hotel! The rooms are very lovely and with a comfortable bed! The service from the staff is faultless and so welcoming & friendly! They couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast is exceptional! Best breakfast choice on my trip! And the lovely lady who served us each morning was amazing at her job! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The staff were wonderful. The welcome drink was delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was tasty. The room was clean and cute. The shower pressure and drainage were fine. However, the shower lever came off, but it worked after I plugged it back in. I asked the front desk to repair it the next morning, but they couldn't fix it.
