Located on the beautiful island of Langkawi, the resort offered a perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, whose friendly and professional attitude made me feel relaxed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which had a stunning view of the sea. Waking up each morning to the sight of calm blue waters and lush green surroundings was incredibly peaceful and helped me disconnect from the stress of daily life. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation. Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. Overall, my stay at Resorts World Langkawi was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, relaxation, and beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here with my family and overall we had a pleasant stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, spacious and full of greenery, giving a relaxing kampung-style tropical vibe. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunset view was amazing. The swimming pool was one of our kids' favourite spots. Staff were generally friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and suitable for families. However, we experienced an issue during our stay where several family members developed itchy rashes/insect bites. We are not completely certain of the source, but it affected our overall experience and caused some concern, especially with young children. Despite that, the resort itself is beautiful, family-friendly and located in a great area near Pantai Cenang. Hopefully the resort can look into this matter to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel near the beach with responsive staff! I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in February 2026. I had a Deluxe room with a garden view (more precisely, a view of the 'backyard' – a path to the beach). I didn't regret it – it could get very noisy and loud by the pool sometimes. The room was quite spacious with a large bathroom. Everything was meticulously clean before check-in. The mattress, bedding, and towels were good. Room cleaning, towel changes, and replenishment of water and tea sets were done by arrangement. The room had a refrigerator, a kettle, and a tea/coffee set that was regularly restocked. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were nice and pleasant. Hot water was always available. There were few power outlets in the room, and the hotel didn't have adapters, so I had to buy my own. Every day, two 0.5-liter bottles of water were provided. The Wi-Fi was very weak and constantly disconnected, so I used mobile internet instead. The hotel grounds – the paths, lobby, and pool area – were very green, pleasant, and full of flowers, looking very appealing. The room had its own terrace with chairs and a table behind a green hedge – a nice spot to sit, read, and drink coffee (though there were many mosquitoes at night). The path from the hotel to the beach was almost entirely sand, so you could walk barefoot to the sea (but carefully). It passed through trees and bushes, where I saw various beautiful birds and monkeys during the day. Returning along this path after sunset wasn't very pleasant. However, right at the entrance to the hotel area, there was a tap for washing feet. There were security cameras around the perimeter of the hotel. I swam more often at the neighboring hotel, where a net marked the swimming area to protect against boats and jet skis. Overall, the beach was pleasant, with a sandy and comfortable entry into the water. Occasionally, jellyfish and other marine life would appear, but that's just luck of the draw. There were many cafes with various options around the hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfasts at the hotel – there was a good selection, and a new dish was offered every day. The fruits were excellent. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression! I recommend it and would return here again.

Pros: 1. **Location:** Conveniently situated between Langkawi Airport and Cenang Beach, just over a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. 2. **View:** Offers sea views (though not directly beachfront). 3. **Architecture:** The hotel's exterior resembles a cruise ship, and the lobby has an Islamic-inspired design. 4. **Staff:** The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. 5. **Elevators:** Four elevators make getting around very convenient. 6. **Corridors:** The hallways feature a traditional Southeast Asian architectural style. 7. **Rooms:** Spacious rooms with partial sea views. 8. **Breakfast:** Wide variety of choices including Western, Chinese, and Malay options. 9. **Pools:** Located on the second floor, there's an outdoor swimming pool, an infant pool, a regular pool, and a dedicated pool for Muslim women. You can also order food to be delivered poolside. The changing rooms are very large. 10. **Shuttle Service:** Free scheduled shuttle bus service to the night market and Eagle Square. 11. **Luggage Storage:** Luggage storage is available. 12. **Nearby Dining:** There's a restaurant with a pool next door, which has a nice ambiance. Across the road, there's a Thai restaurant run by Chinese owners, offering good value for money. Areas for Improvement: 1. **Condition:** The corridors and rooms are a bit dated. 2. **Air Conditioning:** Some rooms have central AC, others have wall-mounted units. In some cases, the wall-mounted units didn't blow air, and we had to clean the filters ourselves, which were very dirty. 3. **Bathroom:** The bathroom lacks a modern feel. 4. **Breakfast Quality:** The breakfast quality isn't very high and also feels dated.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms and we were so suprised that the room was so spacious , very clean and the  we  could smell the freshness of the air as we entered the room. You can add another extra bed for it. And a bonus for us that it  also has a bath tub. Fast checking and check out process. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. Good & strategic location in Kuah Town.

We had mixed feelings about this resort. The beach wasn’t bad, the rooms and hotel seems to be a little old and after our opinion is a bit overrated. You do not even get free daily water and charges 10 RM for filtered water. The pool had a lot of sharp corners / tiles. The breakfast wasn’t that good. Olè Cafe has much better food or across the road / in front of the hotel there were better options for breakfast. No activities was scheduled like water sports / beach volley etc. some (not all) of the staff wasn’t smiling and we felt like was not happy to serve us.

The amenities were great,( i didnt try, but they look nice), nice infinity pool, located at the beach side. Breakfast area was nice, great deaogn, food variation was okay. I get to enjoy a nice sunset at the beach. The downside is the cleanliness of the room. The room smells of cigarette, so I asked for room freshener. They came and sprayed, but the smell still linger. I didnt say anything since I was quite tired. The floor was not vacuum, I can feel the sand on the floor when I stepped into the room, there are a lot at the room entrance. I had to wear slipper everytime. The space near the toilet was a bit cleaner, but still can feel the sand. It is not comfortable to pray. The WC was dirty, got yellowish stain at the bowl. The check in experience was not really smooth for me. I arrived at 1pm, asking if I can check in early, and they said the room was not ready, so I understand. I waited for 40 minutes, but it was still not ready. Then I went out for work, came back at 6.30 pm, but the check in was still not ready, and I need to wait for a while to get my room card even though they said that a room was assigned, I thought they have checked in for me, but no, they asked for my ID again. I left my luggage earlier, and they just left it in the open. The window locked was broken, even when I try to close, it opened by itself, no wonder I can hear the loud music and animal sound (like a bird or something, its loud and i can here it throughout my stay) I only realized that the window opened itself in the morning because the lock was broken, no wonder the aircond was not cold. I didnt realize because i didnt open the curtain till the next morning. Overall experience was not so good with the room, I was tired and upset with the room cleanliness. Apart from the ambience and the pool area, I dont think the hotel is up to 4-star standard in terms of cleanliness and hospitality.

Honestly at first I was contemplating to book this hotel after reading the negative reviews. But I would say my stay was a good experience. The rooms were spacious, clean & facilities was top notch too. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with variety of foods & was available for vegetarian too. I enjoyed my stay here for 3 Nights & it was perfect. The receptionist counter was helpful too. And I went during school holidays & it was public holiday too. The hotel was fully booked & was maintained well too. Looks like they have improved a lot after the complaints by others. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel because it's very convenient & middle of everything. Only problem is parking but this is just minor issue, everything else was good. Highly recommended to stay here

I recently had an amazing stay at Telaga Village Resort in Pantai Cenang, Langkawi, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cenang, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and duty-free stores. Everything you need is literally within walking distance, which made the whole trip super convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided. I really appreciated how cozy and relaxing it felt after a long day of exploring the island. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. What I loved most was the overall vibe—very lively yet still comfortable for a relaxing stay. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, go shopping, or just chill, this hotel is the perfect base. Many guests also highlighted the great location and cleanliness, making it great value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Langkawi, especially if you want to stay near Pantai Cenang! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel staff were very friendly; whenever there was a name change, they immediately contacted me to confirm the details were correct. I was very satisfied with my stay. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. Upon check-in, they mentioned they highly value privacy, so you need to contact them in advance if you want your room cleaned. There's no in-room phone; all communication is done via WhatsApp. The front desk would message to ask what time was convenient for housekeeping. Breakfast reservations can also be made through WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, and I was most satisfied with the unlimited complimentary bottled water. Soft drinks were also provided free of charge.
