The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get around, especially being so close to Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel itself has a beautiful Naxi style, and the room designs are full of ethnic character. The decor is thoughtfully arranged and everything is spotlessly clean. We booked a 'snow view' room, which was spacious and comfortable, and relaxing on the balcony was pure bliss. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, a swimming pool, and even a spa. They also offer a variety of activities, like feeding animals or tea tasting. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the atmosphere. Christin at the front desk was very attentive and kindly asked about our stay experience. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

Room is small and compact. no proper wardrobe or closet. no shelves no luggage rack. there is only 1 elevator.ASKED for non smoking room but given a room with strong cigarette smell so need to change room. Like the separate wc sink and shower. location is 10 min walk from nearest metro jiaosanqiao station. Abit of a walk to dining options as nothing much nearby. Room is clean and comfortable for a good night sleep.

The room is already small, and they've put in an oversized TV cabinet, which takes up a huge amount of space! The decor has an old-fashioned feel, and the facilities are a bit dated. Most guests are 35+, so it's not really a family-friendly hotel; I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids. The service attitude is good. I bought breakfast vouchers online, which made it quite a good deal, but the breakfast itself was nothing special, just average. There's no self-service laundry room, and the air conditioning is noisy. The absolute advantage is that Cuihu Park is right across the street, the surrounding environment is elegant, peaceful, and comfortable, and several cultural attractions are nearby, making the location extremely convenient.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the hotel's location is excellent, really convenient. The surrounding area is great with lots of food options. Downstairs, there are fruit shops, noodle places, restaurants, BBQ, and hot pot – absolutely everything you could want.

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent, especially Vivian, who looked after us so well. She was very kind and friendly, and remembered our daily schedule to offer us assistance and advice for our travels. It almost felt like we had a host! We are grateful. The on-site laundry was perfect. Great washer and dryer machines plus lots of indoor and outdoor space for hanging. We left our laundry out one day and it rained while we were gone and someone brought it inside for us! So kind. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured in the listing, very clean and comfortable - with an amazing view! As vegans, the breakfast has good options for us. There were various steamed buns (some not vegan, but most were), steamed corn and sweet potatoes, rice congee, boiled eggs, and a fresh noodle station. Noodles are boiled on demand and can be made with meat or made vegan. As animal lovers, we enjoyed all the cats and rabbits onsite. They brought us daily joy :)

Choosing Naga S Hotel was truly the most delightful surprise of my Xishuangbanna trip! The location is simply unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Starlight Night Market, and right around the corner is the dazzling Golden Pagoda. Serene and solemn by day, it becomes a brilliant spectacle at night, making you feel like you're living inside the most captivating landscape painting of Jinghong. The hotel's design beautifully blends Dai ethnic charm with modern simplicity. You'll find a seamless integration of bamboo weaving, wood carvings, and lush greenery everywhere, offering both a sense of local culture and ultimate comfort. Our room was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The bathroom had a thoughtful wet-and-dry separation, showing great attention to detail. What I loved most was that our room window faced the Golden Pagoda directly. At night, pulling back the curtains revealed the pagoda lights illuminating the sky, like a flowing masterpiece. The service also deserves special praise! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively recommending fun spots and delicious food at the night market, and even thoughtfully advising us on how to avoid peak crowds. Every day, returning to the hotel, we were greeted with refreshing welcome tea, and luggage assistance was always prompt. The hotel also has a rooftop viewing platform, offering panoramic views of Gaozhuang, perfect for a relaxing evening breeze. For tourists, this place is truly a 'hidden gem' as a base. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can easily stroll through the night market in the evening, enjoy Dai cuisine, and take photos in traditional Dai attire, then walk back to your room to rest. In the morning, you can visit the Golden Pagoda when it's less crowded to experience its tranquility. Transportation is also very convenient; getting a taxi to Manting Park or the Tropical Botanical Garden was hassle-free. If I had to offer one small suggestion, I'd hope for a swimming pool in the future. But even without it, Naga S Hotel is already wonderful enough that I want to recommend it to all my friends visiting Xishuangbanna! Here, you not only enjoy excellent accommodation but also an immersive experience of Gaozhuang's poetic charm, where 'stars fall to earth every night.' I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Banna!

Located in the Sunac International Resort Area, the hotel boasts a tranquil and serene environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery, it exudes tropical charm. The lobby is elegantly designed, with warm wood tones and Dai-style elements, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The comfortable and spacious lounge area showcases quality throughout. The guest rooms are bright and airy, with a timeless and minimalist luxury style. The entire room features intelligent voice control, allowing you to control the lights, curtains, and TV simply by speaking. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the Dream Lily mattress is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet for cleanliness and convenience, and a complimentary minibar – attention to detail is evident. The service is also heartwarming: the front desk is efficient and welcoming, the complimentary airport pick-up is punctual and thoughtful, and responses to any needs are extremely quick. Amenities are comprehensive, including complimentary afternoon tea, a late-night noodle shop, a gym, and a self-service laundry room. The rooftop pool offers stunning views, perfect for taking amazing photos. Although not in the city center, it's easily accessible by taxi and close to the airport and Sunac Land. The place is quiet and comfortable, with attentive service and excellent value for money. It's the top choice for a vacation in Xishuangbanna, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel has a free parking lot, which makes parking worry-free and convenient. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of dishes, and they taste homemade, making for a very pleasant meal. The room was spotlessly clean and well-arranged, with soft and comfortable bedding and all facilities in good working order. The staff were warm and courteous. Overall, it offers great value for money, and my stay was exceptionally satisfying. I highly recommend it to everyone. Lijiang's scenery is also lovely, and the food is delicious.

The bedding in the room is comfortable, the toiletries are complete and of great quality, and basic amenities like air conditioning and hot water run smoothly. The smart room control system is also very convenient to use. In the public areas, the fitness and lounge areas are well-equipped with brand new and well-maintained equipment, and the public area hygiene is also exceptionally good. Service: This stay was fantastic, and I must highlight Minnie and George Chai at the front desk for their exceptionally professional and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, they were smiling throughout, and patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for local attractions and dining. Their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Any questions we had were answered instantly, and their attitude was gentle and considerate, adding so much warmth to our trip. Their excellent service truly made our entire stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Minnie and George Chai for their outstanding service!
