Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Nice one nights stay room was clean & comfy and in a good location

We have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes. However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

Lovely hotel always clean and friendly staff , great pub too.

Great hotel, fabulous waterfront location with great service by staff. Breakfast was wonderful, great selection and tasty food. . Had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant

Great room clean bright and comfortable.  Staff so helpful, lovely receptionist helped with directions and tips for me. I want to go back. Definitely one of the top places I’ve stayed in!

Reception staff have a good attitude

Very clean n tidy. Impressed with the quality of roo and hotel versus your competitors. Quality bathrom products. Had breakfast too . Self sevice ...nice coffee well laid out ... however, wasnt keen on ur bacon im affraid. Other thsn that we'll be back to you on our next venture. Many thanks

This hotel offers an excellent service from helpful and kind staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Free on-site parking. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choice of freshly cooked items. The location overlooks the river with its beautiful tow path walk. Highly recommended for all types of guests.
