Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport. Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures. BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers from China. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is excellent, and they even provide complimentary fruit. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. They offer airport shuttle service, but it comes with a fee. There's also a complimentary fruit platter.

Service: The service was excellent, with airport pick-up and drop-off available – just contact them in advance, even via WeChat. From now on, as long as the price is right, this will be my top choice for a Jakarta layover.

I chose this hotel for an easy check-in at the airport, and its location inside T3 Terminal was super convenient. However, convenience was pretty much its only redeeming quality. The room was incredibly small, and the toiletries for brushing teeth were very subpar. If the price is low, it might be manageable for a layover, but at a higher price, it would definitely dampen your mood. Breakfast was delivered to the room, similar to an airplane bento box, and it was really unappetizing. I didn't even bother taking a picture; it was just a few items packed in a disposable container. If you're not in a rush, I'd recommend eating somewhere else at the airport instead of bothering with the hotel's breakfast.

Had an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.

Honestly, with the Indonesian Rupiah depreciating so rapidly, this hotel is still incredibly good value for money. You'll find all sorts of Chinese people staying here, looking for opportunities in Indonesia, speaking a variety of Chinese dialects. The breakfast, however, is pretty mediocre.

Had a great stay here! The room was clean, smelled really nice, and had a beautiful aesthetic. The bed was soft and comfortable, we slept really well. What I especially liked was how easy and hassle-free the check-in process was. The host was also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
