the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

This hotel is perfect for business trips. The location is convenient, and the service is great. It's also very clean.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Kamar yang saya tempati sangat bersih, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas modern. Kasurnya sangat nyaman dan bantalnya memberikan tidur malam yang nyenyak. Saya juga sangat menghargai perhatian terhadap detail, seperti perlengkapan mandi berkualitas tinggi dan minibar yang lengkap.

Lorong di kamar rada gelap, kamar ok. Pelayanan ok.

I booked a double-aspect room, and the view was stunning. The room had high ceilings, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to.

quite comfortable,at this price,it is suitable.the bathroom and the room are clean. But it would be better to be taken back to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillowcases, replaced a clean one before the new guests stay in the designated room. Recommended .. Thank you 🙏🏻
