This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The location is super convenient too, Nagoya has so many great shopping spots! There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and reassuring. A big thank you to them, they were so professional! Overall, a 100% perfect hotel!!

The convenience of transportation and dining at Nagoya Marriott needs no further explanation. Let me offer a few valuable comparative insights. All superior rooms, including corner rooms, are small with no dining table and no separate shower area. If you're traveling with children, I recommend booking a deluxe twin room. If you notify the staff, they will push the two beds together, making a very large bed, approximately 2.4 meters wide. Deluxe rooms are primarily located on the east and west sides of the building. The advantage of the west side is that the room gets sunlight all day, so clothes hung on the curtain rod are sure to dry completely in a day. The downside is that the train station is below, which might lead to noise. I haven't stayed there, so I can't confirm. The pictures on Ctrip show rooms on the west side. The advantage of the east side is that it's quiet. The downside is that the dining table in the room is a movable one instead of a fixed one, making it slightly smaller. The room only gets sun before 11 AM, but it won't be exposed to scorching afternoon sun. I stayed in an east-side room; please refer to the floor plan I uploaded. Overall, I recommend it, given the convenient transportation and dining. However, staying at a transportation hub does feel a bit disconnected from local life, being far from residential areas, so there aren't many izakayas nearby. Also, note that the station downstairs closes after midnight. If you return late, you'll have to walk around to the west side of the building to enter the hotel. Furthermore, the voltage in Japanese hotels is 110V, which isn't enough to power a Dyson hairdryer brought from overseas.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared with my previous visit about 5–6 years ago, the facilities are starting to show their age. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathtub drained very slowly. After just 2–3 minutes of showering, the water had already risen above my ankles, which was quite inconvenient. Other than these maintenance issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel will consider improving these facilities, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

The location is really convenient. There's a huge supermarket right next door, and if you book through Trip.com, you even get a 5% discount on your groceries. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to the shopping malls and airport by subway. Whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Jinshan.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Our family, including two elementary school-aged children, stayed here for a room-only plan. The entire room was incredibly spacious. Having separate bedroom and living/dining areas was fantastic, especially in the mornings and evenings, as everyone could go about their routine at their own pace. The furnishings and appliances were top-notch (especially the ReFa hairdryer and shower, and the super comfortable sofa bed). Plus, there were trial appliances available for use, which made our stay even more pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a food court on the ground floor of STATION Ai, where the hotel is located, and plenty of dining options within walking distance, so we never had trouble finding food. We'd love to stay here again!

The room facilities are relatively new, and the weekday prices offer great value for money. The hotel staff are also very patient. If I go to Nagoya again, I would definitely consider staying here, as the transportation is actually quite convenient.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Nagoya—I enjoyed visiting Nagoya Castle, strolling through Hisaya-odori Park, and trying the local restaurants and cafés in the Sakae area before returning to relax for the evening. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!

The room is relatively simple, and the building itself is relatively old, and it looks like it is 40-50 years old. The old lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and at this age, she is still very enthusiastic about work. I admire her. The sound insulation of the room is not very good. It is about 1 km away from Nagoya JR Station. If you walk, it will take about 10 minutes. Shopping, eating, and transportation are very convenient around Nagoya Station. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that the wifi signal is too poor. Whether it is the hotel’s own WIFI (it can’t be used at all, it’s the same as not having it) or the WIFI you brought from China, the signal is very poor. If you are in a hurry, you will go crazy. Toothpaste, bath towels, slippers, all available. But the price is relatively affordable. Overall score 3.5 points
