First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.

The hotel has seen better times and requires major rehaul. Moldy walls, degrading furniture, poorly washed bedsheets, old towels. The staff is friendly though.

This is definitely the best resort in Manado. Although it is a little far from the city (but the absolutely beautiful sea view must be far from the city), it has its own pier and dive shop. Who knows my family, why there are no Chinese people staying here. I went to stay at 2 pm, and I arrived more than an hour early. Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

There is another diving resort Yos next door. There is a small fishing village across the road. the room is super clean, breakfast also delicious, the location is nice, the view also nice, can watch sea from the window. the service is also nice, the people also super nice. only the elevator is kinda difficult because is super busy and long wait. but overall my experience staying in Best Western is super comfortable.

While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

It is one of the hotels with good cost-effectiveness among the accommodations I stayed in Manado. Additionally, the room I stayed in on my second visit was in the annex, and although the rate was a little cheaper, the facilities and structure were inferior to those of the main building. Please keep this in mind.
