"From the entrance to the room and even the smallest details, the interior design is very tastefully subdued. The room windows are large, and even though I had a mountain view, it felt very spacious. The hot spring on the second floor also had relaxing, subdued lighting. However, it might have just been my luck, but on the day I stayed, there were many families with children. The front desk during check-in and check-out, as well as the second floor, were overflowing with people. Even with three elevators, it was impossible to get on, leading to waits of over 10 minutes. I've never encountered such a situation at other hotels, so that was my only complaint. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"This hotel, nestled in Nakajima Park, is truly perfect for families with kids. The area is so peaceful and safe. Right outside, there's a Lawson convenience store and an amazing BBQ restaurant (charcoal-grilled meat) – absolutely delicious! My child loved Nakajima Park so much, they didn't want to leave. It's ideal for a stroll with the little ones. If we weren't heading to Jozankei, I'd definitely want to stay here for a few more nights. The breakfast was also excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the snowy park. After breakfast, a walk in the park was lovely, and there's even a popular cafe nearby. This is exactly what Hokkaido should feel like!"

"Facilities: A bit old, as it's been around for over a decade, but still very refined and tidy, with a feel of a fading noble. The hotel has pretty complete amenities; the only downside is the lack of a laundry room. You have to walk a bit to find a paid laundromat outside (perhaps because they figure only winter visitors come to Hokkaido, and you barely need a shower in winter, right? (laughs)). Hygiene: Very clean, fitting for a five-star hotel's positioning and price point. Environment: Located next to Nakajima Park. From my room, I could see the vast white snow of Nakajima Park below. It's a bit far from the city center (around 800m), but very quiet at night. You can take the JR or walk to the city center, and the experience is still very good. Service: Standard five-star hotel service; all expected services are well provided."

"This was our second stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, and as before, the rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. One of the things we valued during our 2024 stay was the convenience of returning our rental car at the Toyota Rent a Car branch located right at the hotel, plus easy access to an airport shuttle. However, this time we noticed the airport shuttle schedule has been cut down to just 2 trips a day, which made planning around it a bit trickier. If you're not renting a car, you might want to consider a hotel closer to Sapporo Station for better convenience. Overall, still a comfortable and reliable hotel, just worth planning your transport around the updated shuttle times."

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back."

The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience!
