Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

The large public bath was very comfortable. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The garden view was beautiful during the snowfall. However, the staff's service was a bit lukewarm, lacking the attentive attitude one would expect from a hot spring hotel. I hope this can be improved.

The building is old, but it looks like it has been renewed. Some rooms may not have a good view on the window side. I feel hospitality with origami. As for the meal, the quantity and quality are satisfactory. There is no particular problem with customer service.

The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

旅館も町自体もとても心地の良いところでした。 夕食は部屋食で分量もちょうど良くとても美味しかったです。 翌朝の朝食会場になっている旧館は歴史を肌で感じられると思います。夕食後はその旧館でお酒が飲めるのですが、落ち着いた照明の下でノスタルジックな雰囲気を味わえました。

The breakfast is also very generous, it is Japanese style, and it is very full. The station is inconvenient to the hotel. It is best to rent a car at Izumo Station. If you take JR to Oda, you can taxi but it is difficult to take a taxi. You can let the hotel help you book a taxi.

The room I stayed and open area are clean and nice. Howeve, I was a bit disappointed with breakfast which lacks of variety.
