The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

The breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

It didn’t feel like just a place to spend the night it felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, while still giving you your own space. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. After a long day, it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable place where you could simply relax. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Sometimes it’s the little things the cleanliness, the attitude of the staff, the atmosphere, and the feeling of comfort that make a hotel memorable. I would definitely stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!
