"This resort is great! It's not crowded at all, even on the slopes, so we had a truly relaxing vacation. Getting to the ski resort was super easy and convenient. We were lucky enough to catch the tail end of the spring snow, which made my child incredibly happy. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even had good quality packaged juices and yogurts. It's really an ideal spot for beginner skiers to settle in."

"I stayed for three nights, and the hotel's overall environment was excellent. There's a shuttle bus from Jeongdongjin Station to the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. A taxi ride would be around 30 RMB, which is the starting fare. There are two buildings, an old one and a new one, called Sun and Beach. The Sun building is on the hilltop, a bit older, and I guess some rooms might not have sea views, only garden views. The Beach building is new and all rooms face the sea directly. Hotel breakfast costs extra, and it's just average. There aren't many breakfast options nearby, so if you don't eat there, you can grab something at a coffee shop outside. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional cost; they're not too expensive, and the quality and taste are decent. There aren't many restaurants in the town, but the ones we tried with high ratings on Naver were all pretty good. I highly recommend visiting the Haslla Art World Museum nearby; it's definitely worth it."

Gyeongpo Lake and Gyeongpo Beach offer stunning scenery. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, the building is well-maintained, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. On the first and second floors of the hotel lobby, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a convenience store, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. For sports enthusiasts, you can jog, walk, or cycle around Gyeongpo Lake, or easily walk to famous soft tofu soup restaurants nearby. Please note that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. For sunrise views, we recommend an Executive Ocean View room, while a Lake View room is best for sunsets. To check-in, you'll need to take a number and wait for your turn to be called on the screen at the front desk. There's a red coastal mini-bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to several popular attractions. You can check bus arrival times on Naver Map, or scan the QR code at the bus stop for real-time information. Taxis are readily available at Gangneung Station's exit, making it very convenient to get to the hotel if you have large luggage.

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

For a one-night stay costing around 600,000 KRW (with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM), I arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes before the official check-in time to secure my place in line. Despite this, it was already past 3 PM by the time it was my turn. When I explained the situation to a staff member who appeared to be a manager, I was curtly told that check-in was strictly by order of arrival and nothing could be done. My turn at the front desk finally came about 5 minutes after the official check-in time. Upon collecting my pre-purchased breakfast coupons, I was informed that only the first and last of the three available time slots remained, forcing me to choose between them. Eventually, I did receive a call that a spot had opened up for the middle breakfast time, and I was able to exchange my coupon. However, the entire system felt very confusing and inefficient. On a positive note, hotel guests have complimentary access to the facilities. The room and the view, however, were absolutely magnificent.

Excellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner). It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area. Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

Nice ondoh apartment - heated flooring in living n bedroom - spacious and warm! But surprised they only supply hand towels and no bath towels so need to pay for it. They should provide bathroom mat or rug as the tiled floor is cold in winter! Nevertheless we still enjoyed the room and were able to watch Netfix at night. Many restaurants and CU convenient stores around the ski resort so lots of food options! The disappointment was the water park nearby because of the layout, lack of bathing amenities and rest areas despite costing more than krw35k per pax!! Frequent onsen patrons can skip this, but then nothing much to do around the resort other than skiing, so well...unless u grab a taxi to go to the mountains for sightseeing if weather permits...

It was our second time visiting Nami Island, but our first time staying overnight at this hotel. • Check‑in: Restricted to 3 PM, so plan accordingly. • Room quality: The room was clean and comfortable. • Convenience: The hotel provides a complimentary minibar (charges only apply for additional requests). Staying overnight is a great idea—you don’t need to rush for the cruise or worry about timing. • Front desk service: Staff spoke English well, were friendly, and explained shop and restaurant operating hours clearly. Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern. I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

This resort is great! It's not crowded at all, even on the slopes, so we had a truly relaxing vacation. Getting to the ski resort was super easy and convenient. We were lucky enough to catch the tail end of the spring snow, which made my child incredibly happy. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even had good quality packaged juices and yogurts. It's really an ideal spot for beginner skiers to settle in.

The overall service met our expectations. For beginner skiers like us, this ski resort is more than adequate. There hasn't been any recent snowfall, so all the snow on the slopes is man-made. The hotel room was spacious, a family-style layout with a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family trip.
