Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Kuching, right by the Sarawak River, making it a super convenient city hotel. 📍 **Outstanding Location** The hotel's location is one of its biggest highlights. You can easily walk to the Kuching Waterfront, the Cat Statues, Chinatown, and numerous restaurants and cafes. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, it's a huge time-saver – you can complete most of your itinerary just by walking. 🛏️ **Comfortable and Spacious Rooms** The room size was larger than expected, with a sensible layout, comfortable beds, and excellent air conditioning. Some room types offer city or river views, which are beautiful at night, perfect for relaxing. The overall hygiene was good, making it a great value-for-money option. 🧹 **Service and Facilities** The front desk service was efficient, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel provides essential facilities like elevators, Wi-Fi, and breakfast service, which are perfectly adequate for daily needs. 🍽️ **Breakfast and Surroundings** The breakfast is a simple affair, but it's enough to kickstart your day. A bigger bonus is the abundance of fantastic eateries nearby. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find local restaurants, cafes, and fast-food options, which is incredibly convenient. 🌟 **Overall Impression** If you prioritize 'location + value for money,' this hotel performs exceptionally well. It's ideal for travelers who enjoy urban exploration and convenience. The overall experience was relaxed and comfortable, making it a highly recommended accommodation choice in Kuching city center.

While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities and the location was excellent. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it super convenient for both getting around and eating out. The only downside was the inconsistent hot water supply; it wasn't hot enough and quickly turned cold, which really impacted my shower experience. I hope they can improve their hot water system.

It's quite close to the beach, so a stroll along the shore after dinner is a great option. There are also malls nearby. Overall, it's pretty clean and hygienic, but you can't really compare it to hotels back home. The rooms are all interconnected by a door, so the soundproofing isn't great. It's best to request a room without an internal connecting door when you check in.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok.

Hotel location is great. First night when we arrived, we were assigned with a connecting room and the AC noise was unbearable even after it was turned off. After we requested for changing the room, the staff gave us a different room where the AC was normal. The shower room cleanliness needs to be improved, a lot of water stains but if you’re not picky, it’s not that obvious. River view room is definitely the best but I’d say the city view is not bad either. For pool access you need to go to the Putri wing, it’s not in Astana wing.

The hotel offered great value for money, probably because it wasn't peak season. Our room faced west, which meant we got to see beautiful sunsets and take some fantastic photos, though it did get a bit too hot. Luckily, the air conditioning was powerful, otherwise, sleeping at night would have been impossible. The bathroom design wasn't ideal; it was too dark and cramped, definitely something that needs improvement. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, really fantastic.

Went to Puteri Wing to celebrate my birthday. I noted that i am staying for my birthday and they actually gave me a cake that is actually delicious. I feel loved and appreciated. The food for breakfast is actually good. I love it here. Will come back soon with my husband ＜4

The room was definitely not 33 square meters. The cups had limescale, and the bathroom amenities weren't replenished promptly. For a five-star hotel, using such an old kettle is unacceptable. The pillows were so uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep a wink for both nights I stayed. The mattress must be really old, as it was already a bit saggy.

i was staying 4 nights at the hotel, everything was good except the car parking. every night dont have parking, second night was terrible, i was been told to park at beside mall's car park with hotel discount rm20, i was thinking is good, unfortunely i was charged by RM60 plus, means i have to pay another RM40 plus at least, the hotel should compensate the charges. 3rd night also full and i was told to pay lobby at rm35, i got no choice, terrible!
