It was amazing! I want to mark the loyalty and hospitality of the staff, they create a very warm atmosphere with care. Our room was delicious, the interior details are fascinating, cleanliness, delicious aroma and eat everything you need to live. Very pleasant experiences and surely we will come back again!

Location is considered ok. Indoor parking so it’s safe and it’s free Beside the guesthouse there’s a restaurant for dinner. Food is ok. Service of this hotel is good. Room comes with a portable heater. It was cold during the midnight when I’m there in august. Hotel provide breakfast mainly cold dish but you can request for fried eggs.

I booked a suite. The living room is relatively large, but the master bedroom is not too big. The room facilities are generally OK, but the shower head in the shower room is fixed and cannot be moved, which is not very convenient. The washbasin is relatively small.

It's as good as it can be. I'll come again next time.

We booked two rooms and stayed on June 14. The hotel is elegantly laid out, very quiet, the rooms are moderately large and clean. The hotel has a restaurant, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, although the Western food is not to our taste, we are still very satisfied. I can see that the young man is diligent and learned, and has aspirations. It is the best black guy I have ever met on this trip to Africa. If he is such a friendly Namibian friend to Chinese tourists, he will come to China and Shanghai, I will treat him with courtesy.

The Delight Swakopmund is like a modern hotel on the German North and Baltic Sea. Maritime, but also Namibian accessories are pleasantly and quietly mixed. Very nice, competent English staff at/in reception, restaurant/bar and housekeeping. Nice detail was the evening distribution of hot bottles before a colder night. Breakfast buffet and bar were well-sorted .The room (family room) was very spacious and completely equipped. All worked and was clean. All in All to be recommanded again and again at any time.

I originally made a reservation in the dormitory and changed it to a private room. I was worried that the luggage of the American guest who stayed earlier was scattered in the shared section. I feel that it is difficult to maintain order because the owner does not patrol and does not pay attention. When I changed to a private room, I was charged the difference without any concern. The volunteers were very friendly, but I was not satisfied with the facilities. The room is hot enough to sweat because there is no air conditioner or fan. I kept the windows open all the time while I was sleeping. The bathroom was left with soap left by past guests, and there was no place to store things and there was no feeling of cleanliness. The room and bath toilet are troublesome to open and close every time with an old type of key. By the way, towels are charged. Overall, the attitude of pursuing the interests of the owner was remarkable. If you think more about the guests, it was a comfortable stay. I hope you will take action rather than commenting on the bad evaluation.

The towels were clean and the sheets were dirty. Let housekeeping change a set or there were stains. I suspect that they put the bedding on the ground and fold it? The quilt is huge and heavy. Breakfast is basic, not bad. The water pressure in the bath is OK, and the water pressure in the nano is generally small. The room on the first floor is also very convenient to run out to shoot flamingos. The surrounding environment is also very quiet and safe. The carpet in the room has a smell, maybe because the seaside humidity is high, it is inevitable to have a tide, and it should be much better to replace it with the floor. When I finally checked out, I told me that the room rate needed to be settled. I said that I obviously paid Trip.com, and then the front desk said that I had already paid. Strange.
