Excellent stay. The reception staff is very friendly. Mohammed and khulood are very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities including clean linen. Neel at the restaurant was excellent. Along with the morning restaurant staff was very helpful & kind to us.

It was really unfortunate that my business trip was ruined by the storm that swept the hotel facilities. We were left without electricity for 2 days

I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. Would like and recommend to visit barcelo again Note: every Monday and Wednesday they have offer for stay valuable package keep follow them at instgram.

Nice stay. Outside pool very good. Could do with more than one coffee machine at breakfast though!
