Ξενοδοχεία με bar σε Leiria District, Portugal

"Great location, walking distance from the castle, clean, friendly staffs and the breakfast was also great with choices! Totally recommend this place."

"The hotel parking lot is very small (only 7-8 parking spaces on the roadside, coordinates 39.363078, -9.156986), parking is difficult. Please contact the hotel before departure to confirm the route to the city, so as not to catch it. For our stay in April 2019, only the Porta do Vale ou Senhora da Graça gate can enter the city, then turn right, follow the R. do Cel. Pacheco road to the top and then turn right, continue for 50 meters until There is a parking space under the castle. The front desk is in the garden at the end of the road. There are signs that can't go wrong. When leaving the city, first return to the entrance of Porta do Vale ou Senhora da Graça, then turn right (Graça gate can only enter the city, can not leave the city), south of the city wall all the way to the Portal de Óbidos gate (the gate Can only go out of town, can not enter the city), and then out of the city. There may be many steps from the parking space to the hotel room. It is recommended that older or infirm people arrange the front desk baggage helper (please pay the appropriate tip. For reference, if we have two large luggage, we will pay a 5 Euro tip). The 24-hour front desk staff is warm, professional and satisfied. The interior facilities of the room are in line with the website description and are comfortable. Satisfied with the waiter cleaning, emptying the trash, changing towels and making the bed in the daily room. The shower hot water is very good, no worries. No slippers in the room, please bring your own. The hotel restaurant view and service are very good. Rich breakfast and high quality. Beautiful dinner. The lounge is very comfortable and don't forget to enjoy it. There is a hidden door in the restaurant that leads directly to the top of the castle, so you can climb the high view and not miss it. Before the arrival of the early morning tide of Obidus and the retreat of the evening crowd, the light is soft, quiet and full of the original taste of the ancient city, which is worthy of sweeping the street. The inner city is not big, there are only three main streets in the north-south direction, and it takes only 1-1.5 hours to walk around."

"The space was ample and clean, the staff were very welcoming, the bar snacks and drinks were reasonably priced, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop offered a great view of the castle."

"Highly recommended! Although this courtyard is hundreds of years later than the main courtyard of the monastery where tickets are sold, the style is consistent, and the designer's renovation concept is very good, which not only retains the solemn and simple style, but also ensures the comfort of living. The room is large, quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is relatively rich, the service attitude is also very good, the parking in the courtyard is very convenient, and the room price is very cheap in the local area, and the cost performance is very high."

"Excellent boutique hotel, good facilities, in particular indoor pool open until 22:00. Tv in the room was not working so upon request we were moved to another room, albeit an upgraded to a suite. Excellent breakfast too!"

"Very good, old hotel, breakfast is good, there is welcome drink, the location is on the edge of the ancient city, a few steps into the ancient city."

"Great value for money! Private parking is available for €5 per night. The rooms are also very spacious. The location is a 7-minute walk from the old town center, and another 7-minute walk in the other direction leads to the area near the Rhelia Academy."

"Some hotels impress with their current excellence. Others, with the excellence they once had. This one clearly falls into the latter category. You can tell that it was once a top-tier establishment. The infrastructure is there, the concept is there, and the setting is there too. The potential remains intact. The problem isn't structural; it's operational. It's about attention to detail, or rather, the unfortunate lack thereof. It's evident this was a very good unit and still has high potential. The problem isn't structural; it's a lack of care and detailed management. The deterioration is visible in small things: overgrown lawns, weeds growing between paving stones in outdoor areas. The indoor pool area has rust and an unsightly appearance, easily fixable with basic maintenance. The outdoor pool is not well-maintained. The children's pool has a constant, toilet-flushing-like noise, which is incompatible with relaxation. More critically, the indoor pool has insects. In an enclosed space, this is unacceptable and would be simple to resolve with proper sealing. In the rooms, issues arise such as dirty bedding. The changing rooms by the indoor pool are clearly in need of renovation. The awning at the entrance is dirty. Flags are degraded. Exterior windows have visible grime. Untreated rust spots. None of this requires significant investment; it requires management and rigor. The overall feeling is of a quality hotel that has been neglected. Positive points: The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful. Efficient reception. Exceptional breakfast, with variety and attention to specific needs like celiacs and vegans. Well-maintained space. Excellent location. Overall rating: 7/10. With the right level of detail, it could easily be an 8.5 or 9. What's missing isn't potential; it's execution. We are grateful for the welcome and stay. Thank you."

"Refeicoes só fizemos o pequeno almoço e estava bom. Ja la tinha estado á uns bons anos e embora tenham feito uma reforma, achei que o quarto merecia uma reforma maior. O quarto onde ficamos era demasiado pequeno. O SPA continua tambem igual ao que tinhamos experimentado á anos atras e a massagem foi boa. O staff muito simpatico"

"This hotel has become well known for being a book lovers haven. The hotel itself is super interesting and each room is different. My friend and I each stayed in different parts of the hotel and had very different looking and feeing rooms. Which means each time you stay there; there could be a new discovery. The hallways and corridors are lined with books. Even if you don't stay here I would highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The only thing I would recommend if this hotel needs more cozy reading areas. They have a couple but they are not the most comfortable places to sit; although they are definitely aesthetically pleasing and fit the vibe of the hotel's history. We spent a lot of time out in the courtyard reading; there's a great spot under a large tree with canvas chairs."
