"An excellent choice for budget and longer-stay travellers, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a lively atmosphere without feeling busy. I stayed in a Breeze XL room, which was spacious enough for our luggage, tidy, and well equipped with a mini kitchen, good air conditioning, and a strong shower. The rear-facing view wasn’t anything special, but that wasn’t a major issue. The rooftop pool and restaurant are definite highlights, with nice views over the town and mountains. The restaurant has a large menu and represents good value, although the food didn’t quite meet my own standards. The gym is another strong point, especially if you enjoy cardio, as it has plenty of equipment, a dedicated yoga room, and even personal trainers available. The free weights area is a little cramped and the selection is fairly limited, but it’s more than adequate for most hotel stays. The bed felt a little worn, but I still slept well throughout my stay. The hotel is dog-friendly, which initially concerned me, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, and the hotel remained clean with no signs of pet mess or hair. The location isn’t ideal if you want to walk everywhere, but taxis are cheap and easy to get, so it wasn’t a significant drawback. Overall, I’d happily stay here again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value for money! The hotel is affordable, but everything was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless, the pool was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The only issue was that our room door wouldn’t lock properly with the key, which should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with a nice pool."

"I booked the sea view romance suite with jacuzzi 2409, top floor corner unit. We loved our unit so much! The view… the design, the jacuzzi. Everything is amazing. Delicious breakfast, stunning rooftop bar and gourmet restaurant…! We didn’t have the time to try the spa but it was amazing for sure. The pool isn’t huge but all in marble and has an incredible sea view. Last but not least, the staff is very polite and welcoming. We will come back 😊!"

"I really liked the hotel's location, it's super convenient. There's underground parking, and the spaces are large, not cramped at all. Plus, there are markets with cheap food nearby, a 7-Eleven, and all the amenities you need right within walking distance, so there's no need to travel anywhere. The hotel service was excellent; they even let us chill by the pool while we waited for check-in!"

"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Staying at U Dee Hotel is definitely a must-consider option when visiting Phuket. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful. If you're like us and don't speak Thai or English, they even offer a special car service to the airport for a fee, which is more convenient than taking a taxi."

"Hotel is right next to Rawai Beach and Seafood Market, and it’s very close to lots of beachside restaurants which is great. The hotel courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was great However, there was a recurring problem with the plumbing. Water pressure in my first room wasn’t great, but I was willing to put up with it. Then one night, the water stoped working totally. Reception was kind enough to immediately move me to a new, nicer room, and I really appreciated that. It seems they’ve had trouble in the past with bad guests, because there’s signs everyone reminding guests to not stain the sheets, to speak quietly in the courtyard at night, not to bring back strangers, etc. On my first night a man was having a loud FaceTime conversation outside at midnight, but no one came by to ask him to keep it down It’s a really beautiful property, just needs to fix a few small issues here and there"

"A decent beachfront hotel. All rooms offer sea views. We had a ground-floor room with a terrace, complete with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. It was super convenient; you could practically sunbathe without leaving your room. The room itself was a bit dated but very clean. It came equipped with bathrobes, two types of slippers, umbrellas, a safe, a coffee machine and kettle, beach towels, and a beach bag. The area is quite good, with massage parlors, a night market, and shops all nearby. The hotel grounds are very small. Breakfasts were delicious."

"Excellent hotel with great customer service. All staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. However, the hotel could improve the buggy service and provide better sheltered walkways, especially during the rainy season. Since many guests are families with young children, this would make moving around the resort much more comfortable and convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would be happy to return in the future."
