Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room service was very nice. The hotel did not provide anything other than what was described, only in a bad location in terms of location.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small.
