Stayed in Room 265 near the elevator area and unfortunately the noise insulation was very poor. The fire door beside the lift slammed loudly throughout the night whenever guests passed by, making it almost impossible to sleep. The hotel should really install soft-closing hinges to reduce the noise for nearby rooms.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it was a standard room, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service!

The hotel is excellent, I would have no hesitation in staying there again, but for one thing. Upon checking in I was told to pay another £50 as some sort of deposit. As a result I would never stay there again.

The room was clean and tidy, the tree was shaded outside the window, the environment was beautiful, there were several set menu options for breakfast, the chef made it now, other coffee, tea, bread and fruit buffet.

I booked for my Anniversary, but last minute had to upgrade to a family room last minute and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming

The room was sparse and not inviting but for a single night to stay seemed ok. The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break.

Good clean hotel in good location. Nice bar area. Hotel has pool with jacuzzi,steam room and sauna which could do with a bit of a refurb. Decent Gym. Overall a good hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights in August 2025, and it was lovely. The hallways can be a bit confusing, so watch out for the room number signs so you don't end up in a random unknown hallway. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people, very clean too. My room had a great view of the courtyard and a partial view of the sea. There were a few guests singing and playing piano downstairs on our last day, which was a joy to watch. There's only one elevator in the hotel, and it can take really long to get to your floor, which can be a bit irritating. We also asked for housekeeping to clean our rooms for 2 days, and we could tell the bedsheets weren't changed (I spilled a bit of coffee on one side and it was still there all 3 nights). The towels also weren't changed, so we had to call reception for new towels. There's a Costa downstairs in the lobby, which is terrific - if only you could order! It seems that the hotel staff double as the Costa baristas, so we stood for maybe 30-40 minutes just waiting to be served. Other than that, though, our stay was great. The hotel's location is perfect; right in front of the sea and about 10 minutes walk to the shore.

We had a super trip to the hotel as a couple + a dog. We used the hotel as a base while exploring Kent, and it was perfectly located for that. The rooms were indeed a bit dated, but this is a non issue for us. Large parking lot on site. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good (though coffee could be better), staff was super friendly, and the wellness (gym, spa) facilities were a great bonus. We will for sure stay again if we are in the area.

Stayed as close to family so great location for us good price room had amazing view a little tired could do with a paint shower was hard to turn on and off but had hot running water good pressure bath room could do with a good clean in corners however generally pretty clean. Had a good nights sleep clean bed clean towels basic facilities iron didn’t work.breakfast was included wasn’t much choice no hot food and very basic coffee wasn’t great all that a slide we would stay here again stayed in worse
