Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. My friend and I traveled to Rome, and we were a little apprehensive. But the pleasant surprise of meeting such kind and friendly people, the amazing room they gave us with a little terrace, made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night.

This hotel is close to Termini Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. **Accessibility:** It's a 6-minute walk from the station, making it easy to get to the Vatican and Colosseum. **Service:** The staff were friendly, but I had booked a twin room and was initially given a double. I had to go to the front desk to get it changed. **Cleanliness:** Everything was satisfactory, including the bed sheets. **Facilities:** The room itself was decent, but the shower stall was too small, making it difficult to move around. Also, the showerhead was facing the wrong direction.

Very well placed, just next to the Termini Station, in a very calm and safe street. Big hotel, 6 floors. Restaurant and bar on the top floor with a nice terrace and view. Nice decoration. A lot of large and cozy spaces where to sit in the public area. Great breakfast. Rooms are correct for the price. I highly recommend it.

The service was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean! However, the location was difficult to find, and the system required calling the front desk upon arrival to unlock the door. Since my mobile phone plan didn't allow international calls, I had some trouble. Please be aware of this.

Hotel Seiler truly exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, the rooms were warm and stylish, the environment was elegant and comfortable, allowing me to relax completely; the staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive; and the facilities were excellent. Staying here in Rome was incredibly worthwhile, highly recommended!

The location is spot on! It’s not far to walk to anywhere from this hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants around so easy to find a lovely evening meal. The breakfast was simple but I enjoy that. There was fruit, eggs, pastries, bread, coffee and juice laid out each morning. The room is very basic and small. I understand that the pictures online and the rooms can vary, but this was very different to what we thought we had booked online. The balcony is very small and just a simple view of the nearby roofs. But the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great nights sleep every night. The reception staff were helpful with everything and gave us great advise about travelling around Rome. This was a great place to stay if you’re only using to the room sleep.
