"Overall, this is an excellent hotel. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and both are clean and well maintained. The sun loungers are very comfortable, making it easy to spend the whole day relaxing by the pool. The rooms are spacious. We stayed with two children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The furniture is modern and, for a hotel, almost designer-quality, which gives the rooms a stylish and cozy atmosphere. The main bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. Special thanks to whoever decided that the beds should be larger than the standard hotel size—it made a real difference. I highly recommend booking a room with a sea view. The view is absolutely stunning, and waking up to it every morning is a real pleasure. The staff are polite, friendly, and always happy to help. They explain everything clearly, and communication in both English and Russian was completely effortless. One feature worth mentioning is the hotel’s shuttle service to the beach. The beach is only about a four-minute walk away, even with children, but the shuttle runs continuously. It’s a fun little ride, and the drivers are extremely courteous, always helping guests with their bags and making everyone feel welcome. At the beach, the staff will set up your umbrella for you and offer drinks, which is a very nice touch. The hotel bar serves delicious cocktails. Prices are comparable to those at nearby restaurants, but honestly, we enjoyed the cocktails at the hotel the most. In the evenings, a musician performs live on the large terrace in the common area. It’s wonderful to relax there without having to leave the hotel. The atmosphere is romantic, and for families with children, it’s a perfect way for parents to enjoy a peaceful evening while staying close by. The breakfast is what you would expect from a hotel of this category, but I have to mention the fruit—it was plentiful, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I would definitely come back again. And yes—the beach is excellent as well."

"I was so fed up with everything that I just rented a room with a sea view and spent two days in peace and quiet. So what I did: 🔸Lying in a clean fresh queen size bed ALONE and watching TikToks and laughing for a few hours 🔸Went to the spa, laying in the jacuzzi, swimming in the pool, laying in the sauna, trying out all these different pleasantly smelling showers 🔸Had dinner at the Chinese Jade (okay, but the dessert was overpriced, I scooped up some kind of coconut soup with fruit ceviche) 🔸Fell asleep in about 5 minutes, had a lot of dreams, slept well and didn't want to get up or go anywhere; woke up to the sound of the sea OH YES 🔸Had breakfast like a queen, a truly luxurious buffet with salmon, eggs of all kinds, pastries, I was digesting tomorrow for the next five hours 🔸went to the spa again, visited the gym (there was no one there, just me, gorgeous), soaked in the jacuzzi. Took a shower, washed my hair, waited for a taxi home to Becici (5 minutes by car 5e) Keep in mind that these are off-season conditions and I was extremely lucky that there were few guests at the hotel (mostly Albanian families). I liked it."

"Excellent hotel, fantastic location! The breakfast is good. We had dinner at the hotel a few times, and the 25 euro per person dinner was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that we were only given our room exactly at 3 PM, as stated. I understand we arrived at 10 AM, but they could have at least tried to get us in earlier, especially since some other guests did get their rooms sooner. Another thing is the villa rooms (I booked a standard room but got a villa). They're not very comfortable... they're quite a distance away, requiring a lot of stairs to climb, and the room itself is two stories which makes no sense as the living area isn't functional, the sofa doesn't fold out, and for a couple, there's absolutely no point in having this villa; a simple room would have been fine. But I guess families with children don't want to stay there, nor do older people, because of all the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is superb. I think if we return next time, we'll definitely stay at this hotel."

"Within walking distance of the bus station. The only tricky part is the very end, where there's a slight uphill climb, but it's very short. :) If it's important to you, ask for a higher floor; on the second floor, the views are of neighboring balconies, stairwells, and rooftops. Housekeeping is daily – they're even ready to clean at 8 AM, but you can, of course, ask them to come later. The cleaning is very thorough! Breakfasts are good, and there's a coffee machine. The hotel still feels fresh and pleasant. They helped arrange an early morning airport transfer."

"This hotel is a solid 10/10!!! From the amazing staff to the great breakfast, location, cleanliness, restaurant… everything was perfect!! I don’t remember the names of the two female receptionists who work from 8am-3pm but they were so kind and helpful! ZUK the later shift receptionist was always ready to help and recommended some amazing eatery spots! In the restaurant, Marko and Nemanja always made me feel so comfortable and I ended up going there in the evenings for drinks just to hang out with them because they were truly the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!!"

"This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough."

"The hotel doesn't have its own grounds, but it's new. There's a restaurant downstairs with live music in the evenings. We had a two-room apartment without a kitchen. The sofa was a bit worn, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. There was plenty of storage space, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony offered a partial sea view and a view of a hotel construction site, which is already built, so there's no noise. Parking is still under construction. We were on the second high floor. It's a lively area, right in the center. The public beach is across the road, but it's too small and filled with restaurants. We walked towards Bečići, where sun loungers and an umbrella cost 35 euros, though some were available for 20. The old town is about a 5-minute walk away. There are many restaurants around to suit all tastes, even a Burger King. Overall, we enjoyed everything and I can recommend it. The approximate cost was 23,000 per night in August 2026."
