The room was clean, comparable to a 5-star hotel in China, and conveniently located. It was comfortable, and English, Spanish, and Portuguese were all spoken. There were plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby at reasonable prices.

Simple and clean room. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the center but one can easy go there by taxi (for example Bolt). WiFi is fast and reliable but in some rooms the signal can be weak.

The hotel is very good, has a recharge station for electric vehicles, which has helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, perhaps it could be a little better cleaning the bathroom box and our air conditioning was quite noisy and was also leaving water, room 402, but because it was just a day we didn't complain about. The service was polite and always courteous. I recommend it; I have stayed and would stay again.

Very good hotel and spa are only more than 100 Papal cheap and comfortable. There is a restaurant upstairs until 11 pm.

Excellent service and good breakfast in the form of a buffet. Good location near several shopping centres. We arrive walking from the border/customs because we had little baggage. The hotel has a restaurant. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

The rooms are very noisy. You quickly feel disturbed by your neighbors. The checkout time is different at the hotel than when booking. On weekends, breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., but you are expected to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. I would not book this hotel again.
