I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

I give this hotel 90 points! very good! The location is excellent, it only takes 10 minutes by taxi from the long-distance bus terminal! There are many restaurants and shops on both sides! Very convenient! Go right for 8 minutes and you will reach the beautiful Kukatpi Mosque Kocatepe Camil! The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the lobby waiters are polite and will help with luggage, and the front desk staff, although they don't understand English very well, also tried their best to help us with our needs! There are many options for breakfast too! I live in a room on the first floor, facing the street! A total of 3 nights, every morning and evening was very quiet! So we were well rested! We are very satisfied with this hotel. If I come back from other cities, I will definitely choose to stay here again! Great value for money thanks to the hotel staff! The lobby staff were incredibly helpful, addressing all my issues and requests promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and support. The room was spotlessly clean, and we left feeling very happy. I will definitely choose this place again.

I had a pleasant stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel during my trip to Ankara. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to reach the rest of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which was ideal for relaxing after a busy day out. There was a bit of a language barrier, as some of the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were still polite and tried their best to assist. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in a nice area of Ankara. I’d definitely consider staying again!

Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning

I recently spent five nights at VE Hotels in Ankara, visiting from England and not speaking any Turkish, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a stylish and welcoming reception area that immediately sets the tone. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The location is wonderfully central, making it easy to get around the city even as a non‑Turkish speaker. Breakfast was another highlight — healthy, fresh, and with plenty of variety each morning. The staff were kind, patient, and always willing to help, which made my stay even smoother. I would happily return and highly recommend VE Hotels to anyone visiting Ankara.

I stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

The location is great. There is a park nearby. It is 15 minutes away from the downtown area. You can go shopping. If you are tired, the hotel also has a sauna, which is very touching.
