The hotel is in a good location, not far from center of Aveiro, only 10-15 mins walk and parking is easy to find. The room is clean and the bed is good, the only problem I found was that there were not enough charging sockets, there is only 2 USB type A chargers next to the bed, and nowadays most chargers are USB C to USB C so I couldn't use those chargers and had to unplug the table lamp in order to charge.
The breakfast is good, a good variety of options.
The staff was very careful and friendly, always careful to the guest, we loved the hotel, and we will certainly return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Outdoor pool was under renovations and made use of the indoor pool and hot tub (make sure to reserve a time slot upon check in).
There is free parking on the street or in an underground garage that has a very steep ramp.
Breakfast was decent and had eggs, mushrooms, sausage, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee could have been better.

All in the hotel is excellent, the service of all the staff. We dine in the hotel and love the experience. The surrounding area of the hotel is wonderful. All rooms have views under the river. We love and recommend .

The rooms are very spacious in size, with the charm of the 80s. Unfortunately, the sheets are not the three-star hotel you expect. I lay on a pillow in my juice and woke up with a pain in my neck the next morning.
I don't know why there are still hotels with bathtubs and shower curtains, absolutely not.
Of course, due to the current situation (CORONA), the service is limited, but breakfast can be resolved anyway.

邓邓The room is okay, the town is relatively small, very close to the town center, walked to find a restaurant, and saw a Chinese-owned friendship mall. Prices are relatively low in Europe, and I feel safe.

GGuest UserThe cleaning ladies are very friendly. Carina, who is at the reception, is very friendly and very helpful, in contrast, I only have to point out the staff who were serving breakfast. I asked if I could have a table next to the window, since the tables that were prepared were all on the opposite side, they said yes, that I could take the dishes and take them to the other table. I did so, and sat down at a large table (I had only noticed these tables next to the window). When I went to get food, the two employees, who were always in the middle of the room, told me to use smaller tables. The room was quite empty, and from the number of tables prepared it was obvious that few customers were waiting, who would not use all the tables, as happened. The attitude of these two employees did not sit well with me. They could have taken the trouble to at least indicate the tables they wanted the customer to sit at (at the time I didn't notice the tables because they were on the side). They waited for the customer to change, and, in a law of least effort, they indicated that they had to change tables again. This difference in attitude from the reception to the restaurant makes all the difference in service.
Very clean and heated room with regulation. Very silent.
