This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean. I booked one twin room and one king room; they weren't in the same building but were quite close. The interior environment was nice, with a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the South Gate of Pamukkale, from where you can walk downhill to the Middle Gate. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant too, and the food was very tasty.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Facilities: Spacious interior, windows can be opened 1/3, good environment, many pigeons. Cleanliness: Average, overall acceptable. Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

The hotel is very quiet, the room has a small balcony to see the football field, can also dry clothes. Sleeping at night was particularly fragrant. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was one per person and we could eat. There is a parking lot next to it, which is very convenient. It is very close to the south gate of Pamukkale and can be reached on foot. I can see the hot air balloon in the morning 🎈, it's so beautiful

It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

The homestay is a 5-minute drive from the Pamukkale Scenic Area and there is a supermarket around A101, which is very convenient. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is good, and the room is clean and white. Before leaving, we also recommended that we go to a nearby cave and Lake Salda. The scenery is beautiful and it will be more beautiful if it is sunny.
