"The hotel could be much better if they improved their service! Overall, it's pleasant with a nice design. Let's start with the pros: + Great location, with a bank nearby for currency exchange, a coffee shop across the street, two decent fast-food places, and a small supermarket next to the hotel selling nuts, dried fruits by weight, and tea (prices are generally like a market). Tourist attractions are only 100 rubles and about 5-7 minutes away by taxi. + Good breakfast with a wide selection, almost everything you could want, and tasty. + The room was clean. I can't comment on regular cleaning as I requested it at reception for a specific time, and they accommodated me. + The indoor/outdoor pool is clean, and there's nobody there in the morning. Cons: - After 12 PM, the pool gets crowded. Local guys were smoking right on the sun loungers, and no staff member said anything to them. - Upon check-in, the administrator gave me a room that didn't match my booking. I booked an upgraded room, but I was given a 'budget economy' room on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall and absolutely no natural light! (Photos attached). The administrator refused to give me another room for free, claiming they had no rooms. However, after I contacted Trip.com support, he miraculously found another room category for me without any extra charge! A woman before me had the same situation, so it seems they try to scam guests by initially giving them a bad room and then charging extra to upgrade to the one they should have had in the first place. It was a bit stressful, but the issue was resolved in the end. - The shower barely worked; you could only wash under the tap as there was absolutely no water pressure in the showerhead. - The air conditioning only worked on maximum power; it didn't work at all or would switch off on the lowest setting, which was inconvenient. Hotel management needs to control staff who are ruining the hotel's reputation by assigning rooms that don't match bookings, thus spoiling the mood of guests who paid to relax! I also recommend partial renovation or replacement of the plumbing. The hotel looks solid from the outside, but there are clear management shortcomings internally. Fix these issues, and it will significantly improve occupancy and the number of positive reviews! It's all in your hands! I've also included photos of the room I eventually received after the dispute."

"Hotel Iman is located about 500 meters from the Four Towers Mosque and is also very close to the main attractions in the old town, with easy access by taxi. A line of tour buses is often parked outside, which seems to be a drop-off point for tourists since vehicles are prohibited in parts of the old town. The room is a bit small, but the facilities are complete and it's reasonably clean. The breakfast is delicious and quite extensive, giving it a true backpacker hostel vibe. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, but being an older building, the toilet flushing was a bit sluggish."

"The hotel is located north of Bukhara's Old City, with most attractions within walking distance. The Saffron Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves excellent food, especially the fried eggplant. However, the spa service was absolutely unacceptable. The therapist had an awful attitude and poor technique. Anytime we moved or were too tense during the massage, she would reprimand us with incredibly exaggerated, disgusted exclamations, completely ruining our day. On top of that, it didn't even provide the relaxation we sought. What's more, the time spent changing clothes was counted towards the massage duration, which would never happen in China. After writing a two-page complaint letter, the hotel offered a fruit platter as compensation and provided a written response stating that ”other guests in our tour group” were satisfied, implying the problem was ours. Yet, we were independent travelers who checked in alone, so the mention of a tour group was completely fabricated. Naturally, this was unacceptable. After a 30-minute standoff at the front desk, the final solution was a 30% discount, but then the fruit platter was withdrawn. As an incredibly arrogant hotel, I do not recommend staying here. They didn't even replenish toothpaste during daily cleanings. However, the rooftop restaurant is still recommended, with an average cost of around 200 CNY per person."

"Excellent stay experience. Jasmine Gevinch, the lovely lady at the front desk, helped me switch to a higher floor. Knowing I was traveling alone, she specially recommended the CHINOR restaurant, which is a local favorite with great value for money. When she learned about my habit of drinking a lot of water due to the hot weather, she had the staff send up 4 extra bottles of mineral water. Thumbs up for the attention to detail! Although the hotel is within walking distance of the old city, it's dustier because you pass by a construction site, so taking a taxi is more convenient. When using Yandex taxi, you need to set the pickup location to the hotel lobby level; otherwise, the car will automatically stop in the parking lot below. Joxongir, the concierge at the entrance, was super nice. He helped me carry my luggage from the front desk to the entrance and waited until my taxi arrived and the luggage was loaded before leaving. Despite the hot weather outside, he stayed to confirm the destination (the train station) with me and the driver before departing."

"The location is excellent, right by the Labi Hovuz pool. The area around it is very lively with many restaurants, and it's convenient to walk to the Trading Domes where there are lots of shopping opportunities. The staff are friendly, and there was even a very cute young boy who helped us with our luggage. You can't expect too much from the facilities given the old town's architecture; the room is a bit small. Personally, I'd suggest adding a shower curtain to the bathroom to prevent water from splashing onto the floor."

"This is a brand-new hotel in Bukhara, and I was completely satisfied with everything. The bedding, bathroom, and shower were impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. For around $20 a night, the condition of the hotel made it excellent value for money. All the main tourist attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the fruit, in particular, was outstanding. Most importantly, the managers were exceptionally kind and made my stay very pleasant."

"We had an amazing stay at Mirana Boutique Hotel in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location, with many of the main attractions within walking distance, which made it very easy to explore the beautiful city of Bukhara. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean. The facilities are excellent; brand new and high-tech facilities. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. It was a great way to start the day. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Mirshod, Abdulaziz and Khayit went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality and kindness really made a difference and made us feel at home. Bukhara is such a beautiful and with very hospitable people, and staying at Mirana Boutique Hotel made our experience even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara and would happily stay here again. ❤️🇺🇿 Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable!"

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it's set back a bit from the main street, it's very quiet at night. Since it's still relatively new, the interior is clean and well-maintained. Bathrobes were provided. The staff were very kind and helpful; they offered me cold water at reception when I came back in from the heat and even set up my next destination on Yandex Go for me. The breakfast had more than enough food. On my last day, as I was getting into the taxi, a staff member came out from reception, waved, and saw me off."

"The location isn't ideal. It's too far to walk to the Old City, so Yandex is a must. Also, on Yandex, the hotel is listed as ”Eurasia Business.” When we were coming from Bukhara Station, there was some confusion with the Yandex driver because we weren't sure if ”Eurasia Business” was the official name according to Trip.com. We even had to ask the driver to call the hotel to confirm. However, upon arrival, the hotel looked just like the pictures, with a very clean and beautiful lobby and rooms. The room itself was not only charming but also clean and spacious – so much so that I wished I could stay there longer. It was a bit disappointing that breakfast only started at 9 AM, but the content was standard, and instant coffee was available. It had been a while since I had coffee, and I thoroughly enjoyed it."
