Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. The room was very clean and the waiter was very sincere. Because my car had some problems, they helped me contact them. In addition, I booked an extra day because I was waiting for the car to be repaired. Later, the car was repaired. I checked out this morning and refunded the money. The waiter was very good. I stayed in an air-conditioned cabin without a private bathroom this time. It was cleaner than I expected. I'd recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops for the shared showers. Other amenities like toothbrushes and towels were disposable, which was great. Getting a taxi was difficult, but the host was incredibly thoughtful and came to pick us up. There was a bonfire party in the evening, and they set off fireworks like there was no tomorrow! Watching the stars and fireworks in the desert was absolutely beautiful!

The location of the hotel is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, the stay experience is very good, will come again next time. The environment is quiet and tidy, and the rooms are warmly furnished. The front desk service is professional and efficient, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the overall experience exceeds expectations and is worth recommending. I absolutely loved this place! I’m writing this as a foreigner who went with 4 other foreigners for a special birthday weekend. First, the service. We have good Chinese proficiency, but those with limited to none will be fine. Most of the communication and coordination is handled via WeChat - which can auto translate. 东 “Dong” was our main contact. He rocked and gave us a real experience. He shuttled us in the sand jeep, gifted me a cake for my birthday, and was just an overall cool guy. Thanks! Second, the location and accommodations. If you stay near Desert Star, there’s a lot of people and campsites - that area seems like a bit of a tourist funnel. This area is located in the REAL sand dunes area. Further North, you actually cross into Inner Mongolia. The separation and distance is worth it. Makes for brighter stars and a more authentic experience. Third, the food. They were able to coordinate a whole lamb to be roasted for my birthday. It was absolutely extraordinary. The sides for it were some of the best I had on the entire trip - they have some skilled chefs there. This place has great reviews, and it’s worth it. I do recommend this to foreigners, and I hope I can return one day.

The hotel facilities are all brand new and in perfect condition. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust even in the corners, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. The guest room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature, and the bathroom area was dry and tidy. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and polite, even giving us many boxes of Zhongwei硒砂瓜 to try. Check-in was very quick. The surrounding area is also quite convenient for getting around. As a new establishment, both the hardware and cleanliness are impeccable, offering great value for money. It's perfect for both leisure travel and short stays, highly recommended. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Everything was excellent, and the service was exceptionally satisfactory. The public breakfast restaurant was particularly comfortable and the service was personalized. The only drawback was the lack of fast charging in the entire parking lot, with only three slow charging stations. Many electric vehicle models couldn't be charged there and had to be driven 8 kilometers to the township power supply station to charge.

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

Overall, this hotel is quite worth staying at. I really liked the hotel's design, ambiance, and facilities, and the room was also good. I booked a room with a hot tub, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the service and management were clearly weak points. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the lobby, which isn't very large, was crowded. When we first arrived at the parking lot, there was only one older gentleman working, and it took a while to find someone to help with luggage, clearly indicating a staff shortage. During check-in, there wasn't much proactive information provided; staff only told me things after I asked. Compared to other hotels of similar standing I've stayed at before, there was a noticeable gap in service professionalism. The restaurant gave a similar impression. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but the service felt inexperienced. The food itself was generally mediocre, though the beef skewers at dinner were surprisingly delicious 😂. Interestingly, some of the older staff members around the hotel were very diligent, constantly cleaning and bustling about. So, my feeling after staying wasn't that there was an issue with staff attitude, but rather that the hotel's staffing, training, and management haven't kept up with its excellent facilities. This is quite a shame because the hotel itself is really well-done. What deserves special praise are the hotel's activities; the explanations were very thorough and professional, and this part of the experience was excellent. Coupled with the desert environment and the starry sky, I think it's still worth staying for those who come specifically to experience the desert. If you only look at the design, room, cleanliness, and overall environment, I really like it. If the management and service professionalism can be improved later on, the overall hotel experience should be much better.
