"First off, the hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the Tonghu Grassland scenic area. The environment is superb, and transportation is very convenient, with shuttle buses available within the scenic area. The butler service was exceptionally good; they provide one-on-one service, contacting you in advance and offering excellent suggestions for your itinerary. Since we were traveling with our child this time, he participated in the evening stargazing activity, which I highly recommend! It's especially great for fostering a child's interest in astronomy. The hotel also hosted an amazing 'Ma Dao Cheng Gong' (instant success) equestrian show in the evening, which was incredibly impressive and definitely worth seeing. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent travel photography services at a reasonable price, and the photos turned out beautifully. Overall, I give this hotel a full five-star rating; everything was wonderful! We'll definitely be back!"

"I booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed at this hotel for the Yinchuan Marathon and it was such a pleasant surprise! First off, the location is fantastic – close to the high-speed train station and nestled between several parks, so the surroundings are beautiful. It's also super convenient for dining and getting around. Plus, you can catch a show at the Cultural City in the evening! Secondly, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with smart controls throughout, and you could see the river view right from the window! Best of all, I was able to check out at 6 PM (because I booked in advance), which is an absolute blessing for marathon runners! Overall, a truly excellent experience!"

"My stay at the Yinchuan Marriott this time was very comfortable, and I must particularly commend the front desk staff, Geng Wei. She was warm and attentive throughout the check-in process, patient and meticulous, providing an excellent communication experience. The bellhop service was thoughtful and proactive, handling luggage promptly and securely. The entire service team was highly professional. The room layout was well-proportioned and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. Although some facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very good rest experience. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, hot dishes, pastries, drinks, and fruits – all delicious. The hotel's location is convenient for travel and sightseeing, and the public areas are elegant and well-maintained. Overall, the attention to service details was exceptional, and the team was very dedicated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yinchuan. Highly recommended!"

"I chose the Meihai Yizhi Hotel purely for its location, and it turned out to be the best decision I made during my trip to Yinchuan. It's right next to Gulou Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. It’s a three-minute walk directly to the main street, which is packed with local specialty foods, popular trendy shops, fashionable clothing, and cultural/creative products. If you want to try local snacks, you can find them right downstairs. In the evening, the Gulou night view is absolutely captivating, perfect for a stroll and taking photos. Being in the heart of the city center, the transportation is excellent; everything is close by, which lowers travel costs and saves a lot of sightseeing time. The hotel's exterior is simple and attractive, and the interior boasts a light luxury design that feels very upscale. The lobby is bright and clean, with a refreshing fragrance – you can feel the high-quality accommodation experience as soon as you walk in. The front desk staff were warm, proactive, and friendly, checking me in efficiently. They even gave accurate recommendations for local eateries frequented by locals, helping me avoid tourist traps, which was very thoughtful. The room itself has an excellent overall feel, with a modern, minimalist design, sophisticated color scheme, and an appropriate size. The natural light and views are superb. The smart room control system is fantastic, allowing me to control the air conditioning, curtains, and lighting with my voice – a must-have for anyone who loves convenience. It's easy to use and very high-tech, enhancing the stay experience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; no dust, no hair, no strange odors. The bedding was white, soft, and comfortable against the skin. The room was regularly ventilated, keeping the air fresh. The sleeping experience was superb, with excellent sound insulation. Even though the pedestrian street downstairs was lively and bustling, the room remained quiet and peaceful. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, was spotlessly clean, had strong water pressure, and instant hot water. The toiletries were high-quality and pleasant to use. Housekeeping was punctual every day, with attention to detail, thorough trash removal, and full replenishment of supplies – attentive service without being intrusive. The breakfast was rich and varied, incorporating local specialty foods. The dishes were freshly prepared daily, authentic in flavor, and made with healthy ingredients. The dining area was clean and tidy. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with free parking, a self-service laundry, and luggage storage all provided free of charge, making the value for money exceptional. The location is irreplaceable, the service is thoughtful, the hardware is excellent, the hygiene is rigorous, and the value for money is outstanding – every aspect is perfected. You definitely won't regret staying here when you come to Yinchuan; I would rebook without hesitation."

"The old saying that in real estate the ”three most important things are: location, location, location” also applies to hotels! The Shenhua hotel is in the heart of historic Yinchuan just a block from the drum tower and about two and a half blocks from the bell tower. Heading the opposite direction from the drum tower you are just a short walk from a night market with a variety of casual dining options. Heading just past the drum tower you get to a lovely broad pedestrian street with great shopping and restaurants. The Shenhua is a solid, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast bar has options to please everyone. People matter, and the hotel staff does a great job addressing any questions or special needs a client might have. (Ma Xiao did an exceptional job of making me feel welcome at the hotel and helped me with a shipping need! Employees like that make a great difference!)"

"I checked out yesterday at noon. I booked the hotel after seeing it advertised in a live stream. I was really interested in this new hotel, which just opened in August. Before going, I specifically checked the reviews, and they weren't great; most complaints were about the service. I decided to give it a try anyway and booked for two nights. I understand that building a hotel in the desert is expensive, and the owner is clearly aiming for a long-term business model. However, given all the effort and investment, why is the service so lacking? The hardware facilities are actually quite decent, but the service truly falls short. Firstly, there was no greeting from the bellhop; they just immediately asked about check-in and took my luggage. At the front desk, the staff member processed my check-in without even looking up, no smile, no tea, no candies. After we got to the room, there were flies. I contacted a staff member, and they just brought an electric fly swatter for us to deal with ourselves. My child had nosebleeds on both the first and second day, and when I asked if there was a medical room, they said no, and that I'd have to go to Zhongwei city to buy supplies. There wasn't even the most basic level of concern. On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, but we hardly ate it because it was mostly apples, and the pears needed peeling. On the second day, there was no disposable toothbrush for my child, and the single-use toiletries were incredibly small, completely different from what was advertised. Overall, the experience was very poor. If the owner continues to operate like this, fewer and fewer people will visit. The breakfast was also mediocre, and I have pictures to prove it. The only thing I was most satisfied with was the hotel's design style, which is very beautiful and great for photos. It's such a shame that a hotel with such good design is let down by its service."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this desert hotel, it's perfect for family trips! The experience was truly outstanding. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is superb, right on the edge of the vast desert. In the afternoons, we could easily climb sand dunes and watch the sunset. My kids spent every day playing happily in the sand, they didn't want to leave. After checking in, the hotel added us to an exclusive WeChat group, which made it super convenient for daily inquiries and requests. I have to specifically praise their heartwarming service: I accidentally lost my DJI Pocket 3 while out and about. I was already disheartened and about to give up, but I decided to ask in the group. To my surprise, someone had found it quickly! The staff immediately secured it and personally delivered it to me. The joy of getting it back was indescribable. Their honesty and efficiency were truly commendable, giving us a complete sense of security. The restaurant's food exceeded our expectations; the home-style dishes were perfectly to our taste. My child specifically asked for stir-fried tomato and eggs for two consecutive days, and finished every single bite, leaving no leftovers. The hotel offers a wide range of desert activities. We tried the Bombardier ATV, and the slight sensation of weightlessness was just right – thrilling yet fun. The various desert recreational activities kept us busy and content throughout our stay. Everything, from the environment, dining, and activities to the attentive service, was impeccable."

"The location is quite close to Lanshan Park, a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by shared bike. The decor is quite luxurious, and the rooms are large with all the necessary amenities. As a five-star hotel in Yinchuan, especially a Sheraton, the service and hygiene leave something to be desired. When checking in, the front desk staff had a poker face and didn't offer any basic information. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what. Also, an older gentleman came to ask for the Wi-Fi password, and she just pointed to the hotel sign and said, 'Look here.' I was baffled because there was no password displayed on the sign. Luckily, the gentleman was good-tempered and, after looking around confusedly, went to find another receptionist. The shower temperature adjustment in the bathroom is quite odd; you have to turn on the hot and cold water separately and then adjust it yourself. You have to readjust it every time, and my child got scalded a few times. Plus, there's a strange odor in the shower room, and I'm not sure what it is. I rarely give anything less than a 5-star rating unless the experience is truly subpar."
