The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

The hotel environment is superb, and the hygiene is top-notch. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with new and complete facilities. The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to requests. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel! The exterior looks high-end and grand, and the rooms are clean and tidy. What stood out was the front desk staff's smiling service and excellent attitude, which made guests feel right at home. The breakfast was also very satisfying. Highly recommended!

Our first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

The bathrooms are state-of-the-art, and every detail reflects quality. 🌟 Service: The staff, from security to front desk staff to housekeeping, were welcoming and attentive. Every employee, from door security to housekeeping, offered a smile and proactively helped with luggage, making for a truly warm and welcoming experience. 🌟 Dining: The breakfast menu was diverse, freshly prepared, and delicious! Both the Chinese and Western options were truly memorable. 🌟 Location: Conveniently located near shopping and attractions, it's perfectly convenient for both business and leisure travel. Overall, this stay was impeccable and highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again when I return to this city!

Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is excellent. From the reception at check-in to room service, they are very warm and professional, making you feel extra comfortable. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the facilities in the room, making my stay very comfortable and convenient. Because I am a Ctrip diamond member, the hotel upgraded me to an executive suite for free, what else can I say? My fingers couldn't help but press the 5-star praise. Just say a few points: 1. The hotel's parking lot is underground. Be careful to turn right in time and don't park on the ground. The above-ground parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is charged. 2. There is a big projector in the bedroom of the suite, and you can also use your mobile phone to cast the screen, which is super cool. 3. The hotel gym and swimming pool are open to the public, so there are no bath towels and toiletries. If you want to swim, remember to bring them from the room. 4. The breakfast is good. There are freshly cooked ramen. Although the taste is not as good as the ones outside, it is not bad. It is quite delicious.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. The food is also delicious and varied. Li Jiyan's service is exceptional, and I'd stay here again. The location is excellent, with the shopping district just downstairs, making it easy to eat and get a taxi. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

1. The hotel facilities truly have everything you could possibly need. Before coming, I read countless Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) guides and bought a bunch of things, only to find out it was all completely unnecessary. The hotel provides Crocs-style sandals, an incredibly powerful humidifier, sand-proof masks, sand-proof shoe covers, eye wash, and so much more. I foolishly bought a humidifier myself and dragged heavy luggage all the way from Zhejiang to Ningxia, only to discover I didn't need any of it. 2. The buffet dinner was especially delicious. I chose the main building's Chinese and Western restaurant, and it was so good on the first night that my kids insisted on going back the second night, so we didn't try the hot pot. There was a wide variety of dinner options. I particularly remember the lamb shanks, steak, cold noodles, yogurt, and ice cream. The lamb shanks, in particular, completely changed my mind about lamb. As someone from the south who typically avoids lamb because I find it *****, I fell in love with it here. Our two kids ****** the marrow out of 8 bones, and the adults followed suit, gnawing on 8 bones too 🦴. The steak was incredibly tender; I think I ate two pieces! The yogurt was so rich and creamy; I couldn't help but have two bowls. My diet plans went right out the window... 3. All the staff were incredibly polite and the service was exceptionally thoughtful. I mentioned it was my son's birthday and that I wanted to buy a cake, and since we were in a hurry to check out, they expedited a cake for us. Both my children cried when it was time to leave because they didn't want to go. Finally, they arranged an off-road vehicle to take us from the hotel to the Gate of Time and Space. A 3-day, 2-night stay simply wasn't long enough; we didn't even have time for a travel photoshoot. A special thanks again to Zhang Chenxi and Guo Yi; thank you for your service throughout our stay.
