I chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

My stay at the Yinchuan Marriott this time was very comfortable, and I must particularly commend the front desk staff, Geng Wei. She was warm and attentive throughout the check-in process, patient and meticulous, providing an excellent communication experience. The bellhop service was thoughtful and proactive, handling luggage promptly and securely. The entire service team was highly professional. The room layout was well-proportioned and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. Although some facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very good rest experience. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, hot dishes, pastries, drinks, and fruits – all delicious. The hotel's location is convenient for travel and sightseeing, and the public areas are elegant and well-maintained. Overall, the attention to service details was exceptional, and the team was very dedicated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yinchuan. Highly recommended!

Our first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

I booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!

First, the positives: it’s incredibly photogenic and has a very exotic vibe, which alone is a huge plus. However, it was raining when I visited, so many activities were canceled. I had planned to stargaze in the desert, but couldn't, and also missed out on sandboarding. If it had been sunny, I think it would have overshadowed all my dissatisfactions. I imagine it would be a truly wonderful experience on a clear day. Now for the negatives: the service attitude was quite perplexing. Sometimes it seemed pretty good, but at other times it felt very cold. Because of the rain, we opted for horseback riding, and I found the instructor's attitude very perfunctory. Also, the hairdryer provided by the hotel felt completely mismatched with the overall price point; other hotels in the 1000-ish range often have Dyson hair dryers. The shower head was clogged and spraying water everywhere, so I had no choice but to use the handheld shower. When we arrived, the temperature suddenly dropped to 14 degrees Celsius, and even with the heating on full blast, it was still freezing cold in the morning.

The experience at E-Yanchi Yinhai Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Yuehai Lake. The fitness facilities were well-equipped. Owen provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The car was a powerful off-road SUV, and inside, ice water, wet towels, and snacks were thoughtfully prepared – these small details instantly erased our travel fatigue. There's a stretch of desert driving from the station to the hotel, and the driver specifically took us on a 'desert rollercoaster' ride, which was exhilarating yet safe, and our child shrieked with delight the entire way. Upon departure, it was even more impressive; they drove us all the way to the airport departure gate, and we didn't have to touch our luggage once, truly experiencing the luxury of 'hands-free' travel. 🏨 Room Facilities: A Sparkling Diamond in the Desert The moment we opened the door, our whole family gasped in awe. The floor-to-ceiling glass window framed the continuous sand dunes into a flowing painting. The room was incredibly spacious, with smart home controls throughout, and the bedding felt like sinking into clouds. A Dyson hairdryer, premium toiletries, a complimentary mini-bar fully stocked with imported drinks and snacks, welcome fruits, and a handwritten card showed incredible thoughtfulness. The entire hotel is like a work of art growing out of the desert, with stunning shots at any time and from any angle. 🐫 Activity Arrangements: Fulfilling and Thoughtful The hotel's activities were so abundant that we never had a moment of boredom. Our butler arranged our itinerary in advance: early morning desert hiking to identify plants, camel riding across dunes in the morning, thrilling dune buggy rides in the afternoon, and a bonfire party and stargazing lecture in the evening. The biggest surprise was that they secretly arranged a desert candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary – rose petals, champagne, exclusive service, so romantic it brought tears to our eyes. The infinity pool was equally surprising; playing in the water in the middle of the desert with dunes behind you – this contrast was incredibly captivating. 🍽️ Buffet: The Flavors of Northwest China on Your Tongue Breakfast and dinner can almost be described as 'luxurious'. For breakfast, freshly pulled beef noodles, steaming hot Mugwort noodles, and fresh lamb offal soup – both Chinese and Western options were excellent. The dinner buffet was king-level; unlimited Ningxia Tan sheep meat, hotpot, BBQ – all available. The meat was tender with a milky aroma. There were also freshly shucked oysters, various seafood sashimi, and an exquisite dessert bar. Chefs cooked on-site, and servers cleared plates very promptly. Every meal was so delicious we ate until we couldn't move, and the taste definitely rivaled high-end restaurants. 👩💼 Staff Quality: The Soul of the Hotel The most touching aspect of this trip was the people. From butler Xiao Yang to dune buggy driver Master Ma, from the front desk to every lady in the restaurant, they always wore genuine smiles. When my wife had mild heatstroke, the butler delivered medicine and mung bean soup in the middle of the night. When our child's clothes got dirty playing in the sand, the housekeeping auntie immediately helped wash and dry them. They remembered every guest's preferences, not with mechanical politeness, but with the sincere care of old friends. This genuine warmth is absolutely the pinnacle of the Chinese hotel industry. If I had to summarize in one sentence: Diamond Hotel made the desert feel like home, and turned travel into a truly moving experience. I'm already planning my next stay. Friends, go for it with your eyes closed, you definitely won't regret it!

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

This hotel is conveniently located in the new district, right across from the city hall and museum. It offers great value for money and the front desk service was excellent, making me feel right at home. The internal facilities and cleanliness were also very good, making my trip to Yinchuan very satisfying.
