The hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.

¡Qué maravilla! El hotel está equipado con todo tipo de comodidades, por lo que la estancia y el descanso son inmejorables. Tuvieron la amabilidad de hacernos un upgrade gratuito por baja ocupación. Son detalles que se agradecen enormemente. Pero desde luego, lo más reseñable es el desayuno. Es un poco caro (32€) por persona, pero te lo sirven en la habitación si lo deseas y lo puedes personalizar a tu gusto, eso sí, con una bollería y panadería incluida y recién hecha. Todo es de primerísima calidad, hasta el punto que puedo afirmar que es el mejor desayuno que he comido en mi vida. La atención del personal es impecable. El establecimiento dispone de aparcamiento propio con dos puntos de carga para coches eléctricos. Está a 10 minutos andando de la Cité y a 15 minutos del centro.
