I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

Travelers with carry-on luggage can use the escalator from Exit C2 of Renhe Station to the exit, then take a Didi straight to the hotel. The reception staff were attentive, friendly, enthusiastic, and highly professional. The lobby and rooms were spacious, clean, and bright. Inside the room, there was a small sofa and coffee table, a mini-fridge, and a desk. To the right outside the hotel, there are various dining establishments, making it convenient for guests to find food. Upon check-out, the hotel even gave a small gift. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, making it an excellent choice for travelers catching early morning flights.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable with strong air conditioning. The only minor issue was the showerhead; no matter how I adjusted it, the water spray hit my body quite hard. Just a few steps out, and you're on the pedestrian street. I would definitely choose to stay with Atour Group again next time. Since it was summer and I was sweating a lot without extra clothes, it was a lifesaver to have free laundry service. My clothes were hung on the door the next morning, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The room is spotlessly clean every day, with no water stains or fog marks, and the surfaces quickly regain their shine even after washing. The frames are neat and sturdy, making them pleasant and convenient to use. The chairs are neatly arranged, and their surfaces are wiped clean without any stains. The overall space is ample, making it very comfortable for a temporary rest or waiting. Items are returned to their proper places in an orderly manner, and the cleaning staff are gentle, ensuring guests' rest is not disturbed. Their professionalism is highly commendable.

I had a wonderful stay at Gionee Light Hotel Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The location is extremely strategic — just opposite Tee Mall and right next to YeYe Tea, making it very convenient for shopping, food, and exploring the area. The metro station is also only about 300 metres away and is located inside the mall, which made travelling around Guangzhou very easy. The room size was decent and comfortable, with a small table and sitting area that made the stay feel cosy and practical. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, suitable for both short and longer stays. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Special thanks to Nie Nie, who went the extra mile to help send my parcels to a China warehouse after my orders only arrived after I had already checked out. Her kindness and excellent service truly made my experience even better. Just a small note for guests planning to do laundry — only 2 of the hotel dryers seem to work well, while the others do not dry clothes very effectively. There is also usually a long queue of people waiting to wash and dry their clothes. Fortunately, the hotel offers a very helpful free laundry service. You can simply hand your clothes to the front desk, and they will help wash and dry them before sending them back to your room, which was very convenient and much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou, especially if you want a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and warm hospitality.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Chaoshan with friends, we chose this hotel near Chaozhou Ancient City. The location is quite convenient, as both Guangji Bridge and the ancient city are within walking distance. There are also many local specialty eateries nearby. The bedding and hygiene were acceptable, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, and the duvet felt a little damp. I recommend bringing your own disposable slippers as there are shared slippers in the room's bathroom.

This hotel is incredibly close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, which is just fantastic! Seriously, who gets it?! You can walk to Zhuhai Station in just ten minutes and cross the border at Gongbei Port in about fifteen. No need to wake up early and rush for your cross-border travels. The convenience of the location is absolutely top-notch! If you're coming to Zhuhai, this is definitely the place to stay!
