I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel G Yangon, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that set the tone for my entire visit. First and foremost, the fitness center is absolutely fantastic. As someone who tries to maintain my workout routine while traveling, I was thoroughly impressed by the state-of-the-art gym facilities. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and comprehensive – whether you're into cardio, weight training, or functional fitness, you'll find everything you need. The space is clean, spacious, and never overcrowded, making it a true haven for fitness enthusiasts. The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Yangon, Hotel G offers unparalleled access to the city's most iconic landmarks. I was able to walk effortlessly to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, the historic Sule Pagoda, and several beautiful parks in the vicinity. This prime location not only saved me time and transportation costs but also allowed me to immerse myself in the local atmosphere and discover hidden gems along the way. The convenience of having such major attractions within walking distance truly enhanced my cultural experience. The service here is nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the concierge who provided invaluable local insights to the housekeeping team who maintained impeccable standards of cleanliness, the attention to detail and genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. Safety and security were never a concern during my stay. The hotel maintains excellent security measures, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Whether returning late in the evening or leaving early in the morning, the well-lit surroundings and attentive security staff provided complete peace of mind. The food is clean, the hotel isn't far from the city center, and transportation is convenient. Plus, there's a large hospital right across the street.

I stayed here multiple times during my trip, and the rooms were generally clean. It was great to stay in a corner suite with direct views of the forest and the Shwedagon Pagoda. The staff were all very enthusiastic and attentive, and the check-in process was quite meticulous, making it a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Myanmar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The Inya Lake Hotel is a bit dated but very well-maintained, quietly situated in a beautiful park. The service is excellent – ​​from the porters to the reception staff (Dan Dan!, Min, and Kaung deserve special mention) to the room service. The breakfast buffet is superb, and the restaurant in general is very good. There's a lovely pool with its own café. You could easily spend days here without ever feeling the need to leave.

It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby.

Nice hotel, a 17-minute walk to Shwedagon Pagoda. Be more selective with your room choice upon arrival, as on the first night, my friend and I were given a ground-floor room with a view of pipes, a single bed, and a narrow toilet. After I requested a change, we were moved to a room one floor up, with two beds and a view of the neighboring rooftops. The staff are friendly and attentive; they'll help with any extra requests and you can store your luggage for free. Breakfast is a bit sparse, no boiled eggs, but otherwise, it's decent for an Asian-style breakfast. Be prepared for crows to swoop in on your food if you step away from the table, though the staff are on guard!

The Kantharyar Serviced Apartments are part of the 5* Hotel Wyndham Grand Yangon. Accordingly, they are luxuriously furnished. If you book with breakfast, you will have access to the hotel's huge buffet. The same applies to the pool and fitness area. If there are two of us, I always choose the hotel. For three people or more the apartment. Shopping for food and drinks is possible in the in-house supermarket. All in all highly recommended.

The check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315) The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel.
