The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s very nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere, Staff is super helpful and friendly. Overall an amazing hotel and I definitely recommend it for the price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city center. I’m going back there again if the price is right.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street. There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule. PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.

This is an airport hotel, offering a shuttle bus service and featuring a flight information screen in the lobby, clearly catering to airport travelers. It wasn't very crowded; the whole hotel felt quite empty. It's close to Diegem station, about a 12-minute walk, but it's mostly uphill and downhill, so it can be a bit tiring. The hotel breakfast was great, very rich and satisfying. There's a shuttle bus schedule in the lobby; I took the 8:45 AM bus, which arrived at the airport around 9 AM.

The location is good, next to the highway, more than half an hour into the city. The room is clean and tidy, with comfortable linens and a kettle. I arrived at around 10 o'clock in the evening. I made the reservation 2 or 3 hours in advance and received the confirmation letter. However, the computer at the front desk could not find the order. After struggling for a long time, I checked in first and asked to confirm at the front desk the next morning. When I went to the front desk in the morning, there was only one person who was still busy with breakfast in the restaurant. He said he was leaving, and he said ok.

Its best feature is the superb location – it's right across from the departure level entrance. The breakfast was also pretty good and suited Chinese tastes.

Very good service: The remote control was missing and the staff found a replacement in less than 5 minutes. Top!

A truly perfect stay; everything was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped, making you feel right at home thanks to the kitchenette and comfortable living areas. The staff was welcoming and professional. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The only slight drawback: the hotel is located about 30 minutes from Brussels city center, but it's ideal for a stay near the airport.

The hotel is quite far from the city, but the train station is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, the transportation costs for commuting back and forth to the city add up quickly, so that is something to keep in mind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the shower floor is very slippery, so extra caution is needed. It is a large hotel with many travelers, so breakfast can get very busy. I would recommend going down around 7–8 AM; otherwise, it may be difficult to find enough food or even a place to sit.

Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.
