"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Had a great stay here! The hotel is conveniently located right near Exit 6 of the Bell Tower Metro Station, and also very close to the Bell Tower itself, making it super easy to get around. Even though it's in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and the room had excellent soundproofing. All the facilities felt quite new, and I appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Right next to the hotel's main entrance, on the right, there's a cultural street featuring local time-honored intangible cultural heritage delicacies, with shops like Tongshengxiang, Wuyi Restaurant, and Baiyunzhang – making it incredibly convenient to find good food. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic; they helped with my luggage, upgraded my room, and even gave me a parting gift when I checked out. After staying here for three consecutive nights, I moved to a hotel in the heart of Datang Everbright City for another two nights. However, that second hotel wasn't conveniently located near any metro stations. For tourists primarily interested in historical and cultural sites, I wouldn't recommend staying in Datang Everbright City. Even late at night, city bus tour vehicles are available at the Everbright City intersection to take you back near the Bell Tower. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend this hotel. However, I do not recommend buying the Terracotta Warriors direct bus ticket from Huatour Group at the hotel's intersection, as shown in my photo. I thought it would depart directly, but we ended up driving around within the city walls for an hour to fill a large bus before officially setting off. Plus, they first take everyone to smaller attractions where some people pay for purchases before heading to the Terracotta Warriors. I suggest taking the metro combined with a taxi for a more economical and time-saving round trip."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment is fantastic, seamlessly integrated with the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They provide buggy transfers from the lobby to the accommodation buildings and the restaurant. Guests can enter and exit Huaqing Palace an unlimited number of times. When going to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in the evening, hotel staff even escort you with lanterns, and it's very close. Walking from the hotel to the scenic area, the view opens up beautifully, and it's incredibly relaxing. The complimentary 'Jinghong Travel Photography' was a great bonus; the makeup artist was enthusiastic and professional, and the photographer did an excellent job – I couldn't bear to delete any of the photos! 😌"

"I chose this hotel for a family trip, and it was great. The room was fully equipped, spotless, and felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Best of all, they offer free late-night snacks from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM—it was so nice to come back from shopping and have a hot bite to eat. Highly recommended!"

"The City View Terrace King Room at Yaman Hotel was an amazing experience! The room comes with a private terrace offering city views, creating a wonderful ambiance. The TV supports screen casting, which made it super convenient to catch up on my favorite shows at night. The bedding was soft and clean, and the room was tidy and comfortable. The hotel offers complimentary luggage storage—leaving our bags there after check-out to continue exploring the scenic area was completely hassle-free. It's very close to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, making getting around and sightseeing super convenient. The breakfast was delicious, the service was attentive, and it's definitely the top choice when visiting Xi'an!"

"If there were a 10-point scale, I'd give it a 10. 5 points just isn't enough! First, the service deserves a 10. The front desk lady was so warm, offering hot drinks, and even provided medicine when my child had a stomach ache. They even gave us a souvenir when we left! Second, the dining gets a 10. They delivered beef noodles to our room in the evening, which was perfect as we hadn't eaten yet. Breakfast was incredibly rich, and the best part was the restaurant's location – a first-class spot to see the city wall and Yongning Gate at night! Third, the location is a 10. It's close to many attractions, right by Yongning Gate, near the Bell Tower, and the Muslim Quarter! Fourth, the price is a 10. You get five-star hotel decor and service at an affordable price. It was a better experience than any other hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an! Fifth, the tasteful decor was the most aesthetically pleasing I've ever encountered. Highly recommended! This will be my go-to choice next time I visit Xi'an!"

"Traveling during the National Day holiday, the subway is definitely the most convenient option. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to find – just exit D of Metro Line 2 and turn right. It takes about 40 minutes by subway to Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station. The Kaiyuan Mall nearby offers great photo opportunities of the Bell and Drum Towers. And the Chang'an Grand Restaurant (with its lantern festival decor) right outside the mall is amazing; they have all the local specialties. I actually preferred Chang'an Grand Restaurant over Drunken Chang'an. Overall, the hotel service was good. Our family suite was spacious, and the hotel has a charming retro style. The electric kettle was an instant-heating type with a retro look, but it wasn't very functional, so I was glad I brought my own. The hairdryer was indeed a Dyson. The hotel even provides disposable bathtub covers for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was also thoughtfully designed with hooks for hanging clothes. The only minor downside was that the toilet didn't have a bidet function. For those who prioritize quality and enjoy local cuisine, I highly recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast is just filling, nothing special! The breakfast at several Halal restaurants in Gaojia Courtyard Alley was excellent. I tried the *hulatang* (spicy soup) and beef *guantangbao* (soup dumplings), and both were delicious. From the hotel, you can easily do a city walk around the Bell and Drum Towers, hitting several classic spots like Fenxiang, Defuxiang, Xiangzi Temple, Gaojia Courtyard, and Shuyuanmen. I averaged 20,000 steps daily! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the Terracotta Army, which you can book on the first floor for 40 RMB round trip per person. Xi'an has a strong service culture!"

The room is very soundproof. But the new hotel also has insufficient. The newly renovated room still tastes a bit uncomfortable. The room is a bit stuffy, but the central air conditioner should be closed. There is a wind supply hotel. There is an elevator. The elevator speed is also very slow. The elevator time will be longer during peak hours. The hotel bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The cabinet with a smart toilet. The kettle has a wrought iron partition height. I touched the brain twice yesterday. I was not friendly to the tall man. The hair dryer is really brand new. The air volume is large. The bath water temperature is not hot enough. I personally like the water to be hot. The parent-child room, but Yulinxuan has prepared two more. It should be equipped with a set of toiletries. Takeaway can be used. The robot delivered the room. The facilities and equipment are as bright as new. There is no dead end. Environment: The environment is very good. On the main road, about 15 minutes walk from Tianxiahui and Wuyue Plaza. It is very convenient to eat and shop around 20 minutes walk. Service: The service is particularly good. The parking staff is guided by the staff. The front desk staff is polite and welcoming. The service is patient. The elderly and children are particularly patient. The hotel's facilities and equipment are fully introduced. The requirements for room supplements are particularly fast. The floor cleaning is also very good. Be patient. During the National Day, the hotel is full. The cleaning has been cleaned until late at night. It is very hard."

"The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for transportation. There are many shops nearby, selling food, snacks, and travel souvenirs. The room was quiet, much quieter than many other hotels. The single room wasn't large, but it had a table and a sink, which was perfectly adequate for a travel stay. It was very clean and offered great value for money."

"The hotel service is fantastic! Especially the front desk and restaurant staff, who are always ready to help and incredibly warm, truly matching the service level of a five-star hotel. After checking in, we received fresh fruit every day, and there was even a late-night snack available after 9 PM. The hotel environment is excellent, located right inside a wetland park. The only minor downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which I hope they can improve. After checking out, we even received a parting gift (four bags of tea)!"
