The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. My short trip to Hangzhou included a stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Here's my honest feedback. The hotel location is great, not far from Wulin Night Market, and convenient for self-driving with easy parking, making getting in and out hassle-free. The overall environment is pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the toiletries felt good to use. The window offered an expansive view of West Lake (from a lake view room). The staff were polite, check-in and check-out were efficient, and issues were addressed promptly after being reported. The service was practical and not overly formal, with no flashy marketing gimmicks, just a genuine holiday experience. It’s perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surroundings, offering good overall value for money. This hotel is definitely worth considering for a trip to Hangzhou.

The hotel design is beautiful and well-maintained. **Xianshan Oxygen Hiking Tour:** The guided tour was a great experience. **Swan Garden Feeding Experience:** The environment was excellent, not too crowded, making for a fantastic summer holiday experience. **Environment:** A superb environment, very suitable for self-driving tours. It's very suitable for family travel as it offers many extra services specifically for children, including a variety of breakfast dishes and bed rails for sleeping. For business travelers, thoughtful amenities like nail clippers are provided, which are rarely found in other hotels. I experienced some deep healing services, such as the morning Baduanjin stretching for awakening and the deep sleep therapy before bed. My child also had an art photoshoot. Water park tickets were also included. Areas for improvement: The room lighting was too dim, making it impossible for children to do their homework. The room ventilation system wasn't great, especially the bathroom, which lacked a separate extractor fan. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

My stay at Yiwu Jindou Hotel was great. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the bathroom was dry with no strange odors. The room window supported independent ventilation, making the airflow feel very comfortable. The complimentary welcome fruit was of good quality, fresh, and delicious. While the lobby was grand, the guest rooms were the real highlight, offering a comfort level beyond expectations. This is a genuine review, and it's my top choice for families with older children. The kids' room is separate and incredibly quiet! Thumbs up!👍

If you're staying in Jinhua,四季逸境 (Siji Yijing) is definitely the place to be – you won't be disappointed!

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

I really loved the hotel lobby. There are plenty of seating options and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It's so relaxing to sit there, read a book, and enjoy the coffee machine or cold brew tea. The front desk even brought me water. If you're on vacation, this is definitely the place to choose!
