The service provided was truly above and beyond, with staff always being efficient, attentive, and proactive. We never had to wait long for assistance, and every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The restaurant staff were also excellent and made our dining experience very enjoyable. A special mention to Laila, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She was warm, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. "This seaside cottage was very comfortable. The bus stop right in front was very convenient. If you're relying on the bus, allow plenty of time. We couldn't get on an express bus as they were all full, and three passed us by. After a two-and-a-half-hour wait, we finally got on a local bus to Singatoka, and from there, we took an express bus to Nadi. It's a great spot; you can snorkel during high tide and enjoy exploring the tidal pools during low tide."

"I have lived in Sydney for many years. I want to change my environment and choose this hotel. There is only one resort on the whole island. There are 16 rooms in total, all of which are single-family. The waiters are particularly enthusiastic and the service is in place. Basically, as long as they can do it. Everything will satisfy you, the environment is very good, open the door and face the beach and the sea, the food is not a very high-end ingredients, but it is very hard to do, the taste is not bad. The traffic is not very convenient. We will fly from Nandi to Sydney, transfer to Suva, take the hotel's car to the pier, and take more than 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Contact the hotel before you go, someone will go to Suva Airport to meet. The hotel can snorkel, dive, fish, slow life, couples and families who want to have a quiet time, and will go to Toberua again at Christmas time."

"I’ve been to Nadi multiple times and stayed at differrent hotels. So far Tokatoka is my favorite. Cleanliness 100%. The location is nice very near airport. The staff service is perfect. Love everything about this place. Free airport pick up too. I’d definitely come back with my family next time, beautiful pool and playground for kids😍"

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it encourages some improvements. Unfortunately, my stay at Nalagi Hotel was far below my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the experience got off to a disappointing start. The front desk attendant was cold and unwelcoming, never made eye contact, and didn’t smile once. She appeared annoyed to be there, which was a stark contrast to the genuine warmth and hospitality I experienced at other hotels in Nadi during this trip. The room was spacious, but it lacked thoughtful design and attention to detail. The main light switch is inconveniently located below the television, with no bedside lamps or nightstands, meaning that if you wanted to read in bed or simply turn the lights off, you had to get up each time. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain, and overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The hotel feels worn and tired, as though very little care has gone into its upkeep. That’s perhaps the biggest disappointment, because the property has so much potential that simply isn’t being realized. The final straw came on my second night. I was repeatedly woken between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. by neighboring guests who were aggressively banging on a nearby door so loudly it sounded as though they were trying to break it down. Once they eventually got into the room, the noise continued. I called reception to report the disturbance and was told security would be sent, but if they did come, it had little effect. Eventually, I had to get out of bed and ask the guests myself to keep the noise down. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my stay, but the combination of poor service, lack of maintenance, hygiene concerns, and the handling of the late-night disturbance made for a very disappointing experience. With better management, staff training, and investment in the property, Nalagi Hotel could be a wonderful place to stay. Sadly, that was not my experience."

"The overall stay at Yue Lai Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the environment well-maintained, and the facilities complete and functional. I was also able to ask the manager for help booking a day trip to the outer islands, which was great for someone who doesn't speak English abroad. The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and the staff were incredibly warm and polite. The location is convenient for getting around, with a large supermarket right next door. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful rest. It's excellent value for money, suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is quite good as a transitional stay upon arriving in Fiji, being close to the airport. The room has a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenware, and pots and pans, allowing for simple meal preparation. The service is excellent; the front desk and other staff are all very enthusiastic, polite, and friendly. The highlight is the hotel's 6th-floor restaurant with sea views, and the prices are very reasonable. Aside from the high accommodation cost, everything else is impeccable."

"I gave 3 star for the location is because it is hard to get to anywhere, the public transport in Nadi is not very easy for tourists. We stayed 5 nights in the Warwick, breakfast buffet is ok, nothing stands out. the water is beautiful but we had strong tide so half of the time it was closed, when it is not, they hotel only has very limited snorkelling gears for guests to use it was quite disappointing. There is no restaurants within walking distance, so the hotel food is our only choice, we had dinner in the Italian and Japanese restaurant both are disappointment. I ordered a Caesar salad with only lettuce and croutons but got charged $30. The only thing that is good is the staff are friendly."

"Excellent choice downtown Suva. Rooms are spotless and large. Gym and washing machines are very convenient. But the wifi is painfully slow at times - so slow that it becomes impossible to even read emails."
