"I had an excellent stay at the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant décor, spacious and comfortable rooms, and an excellent location for exploring Budapest. Everything was spotlessly clean, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The only issue during my stay was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast pricing through Trip.com. While the initial handling of the matter could have been better, the General Manager responded promptly, resolved the issue professionally, and ensured my concerns were taken seriously. I was impressed by the way the hotel ultimately handled the situation. Overall, this is an excellent hotel that I would have no hesitation recommending to anyone visiting Budapest, and I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"We spent three nights at this hotel with our two children (8 and 11 years old) and were completely satisfied all around. We really liked the hotel, both the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The child-friendliness is particularly noteworthy. There are dedicated play areas for children in both the lobby and the restaurant. In the lobby, there's something for every age. The highlight for our children was the Xbox, which kept them perfectly entertained. The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. There was a large selection of dishes, so there was truly something for everyone. We were particularly impressed by the beverage station: various tea and coffee specialties, fresh tea to brew yourself, and a juicer with which you could prepare fresh juice. Another plus point is the small pool. While you shouldn't expect a large spa area, it was perfect for cooling down for an hour or two, especially with the hot temperatures. Furthermore, the pool was never overcrowded, so we could enjoy it in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. The hotel also has a modern fitness room. Although we didn't use it, it made a very well-maintained, new, and well-equipped impression. For guests who want to train even on vacation, this is certainly another plus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can unreservedly recommend the hotel, especially to families with children. We would stay here again anytime. I would also like to add that all the staff were very helpful and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. It is a large but nevertheless a very quiet hotel. You could sleep very peacefully at night."

"Conveniently located right by the subway, this hotel is great for business travelers. It has a small balcony, and the room, though a bit compact, was very clean and well-equipped, even with a mini-fridge. My only minor complaint was that the AC couldn't be adjusted and was a bit noisy. The staff were all very friendly, so overall, I had a good experience."

"By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest. First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies. Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain. Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water. The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms."

"A wonderful hotel in the historic center. The room offered a magnificent view from the window. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; there were many delicious dishes and high-quality products. I especially loved the salmon. It was beyond all praise. This is a very respectable hotel, and everything was top-notch. The main advantage, of course, is its location. We felt like we were living in a fairy tale. Thank you so much. We highly recommend it to everyone."

"The window faced the Parliament building directly – what an incredible view! The hotel is right by the Danube River, and it's an easy walk to Fisherman's Bastion. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. Definitely worth recommending!"

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. I’m travelling often Budapest Location: far from city centre but close to airport Hotel New designed spacious room Room nicely decorated with lovely bathroom 👍 Bed to firm and not to comfy but is my personal preference What I really don’t like tramway just side on building and u feel like shaking room and very nosy 🙁 I’m booked hotel one night and came from Istanbul I has early flights but tyred so I know I’m gonna arrive around one hour before my chek in Called reception 6am she not happy request earlier check in if that possible then she sad 20 euro to get in hour early ! Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back when I return to Budapest. First thing was the booking details, which clearly stated ”1 full bed”. However when I got to the hotel room, there were two TINY beds instead. If I laid perfectly straight on these beds, my arms nearly fall off the sides. I go to reception and the blonde woman who was there at 11:10pm on Wednesday May 20th told me ”we don't have any large beds in Hungary, we just push two small beds together.” This is a lie, I had just spent 8 days in Budapest at the Park Plaza (also a 4 star hotel) and I slept in a single very large bed every night. When I mentioned this, she just shrugged. No apologies. Why does this matter? Two mattresses pushed together creates a gap that results in aggravating back pain, especially for anyone with spine misalignment like I have. I booked this hotel to go to the airport energized and refreshed, instead I get to go on my international flight exhausted with extreme back pain. Second issue was the water, the absolute hottest that it got was lukewarm. I asked reception about this issue too, same woman said she'd look into it. It was never fixed, no apologies for the inconvenience again. The room was hotter than the ”hot” water. The only positives about this hotel were the decent breakfast and free airport shuttle, but I'd rather have spent $8 on an Uber and had a full bed as promised. I'll be staying at the Ibis Styles or TRIBE next time. They probably don't lie about their rooms.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right behind it is the commercial center Flosmarti Square, and just down from the square is Váci Street, which leads directly to the Central Market. The Parliament Building is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room features a great wet/dry separation, and the design is very well thought out, with a spacious shower. The hotel's room service is excellent; they even come in every afternoon to turn down the bed, tidy up, and close the curtains to create a perfect sleeping atmosphere. The front desk check-in was a bit frosty. Initially, when we arrived around 1 or 2 PM, they insisted check-in was strictly at 3 PM. However, after asking someone nearby, who might have been a manager, they said we could check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located right by the Danube River, and you can catch the yellow tram right outside. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and there are Chinese signs everywhere. There are also plenty of rooms. It's not far from the M2 metro line. You can enjoy views of the Hungarian Parliament Building from across the river. The room amenities are also good, and the air conditioning is powerful. Breakfast is relatively abundant, so you definitely won't go hungry.

Otelin check in prosedürünü ÇOK CİDDİ SEVİYEDE iyileştirmesi gerekiyor. Rezervasyonlarım farklı kanallardan olmasına rağmen ısrarla odaların hiçbiri verilmedi. Hatta odaların bir tanesi markanın kendi sitesinden tutulduğu halde resepsiyon ısrarla bekletti, hiçbir özel karşılama vs. yapılmadı. Hızlı giriş için pasaport bilgilerini vs doldurmuştum. Ona rağmen çok uzun sürdü. Uzun bir uçuş ardından bu şekilde bekletilmek beni ekstra yordu. Daha sonra odaların farklı yollarla ve isimlere rezervasyon yapıldığı fark edildi. ”Tamam aslında odalar hazırmış, biri hariç hepsini verelim.” dediler. Ama saat 15.00'te bunu fark etmeleri gerçekten çok özensiz ve isteksiz çalıştıklarını gösteriyor. Bizden sonra otel kapısından giriş yapan herkese odası verildi. Biz anlamsız bir şekilde bekletildik. Çözüm önerisi sunmalarını beklerdim. Oda temizdi, büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Masaların toparlanması ve temizliği bir hayli vakit alıyor. Garsonlar zaman zaman yetersiz kalıyor. Masanın üzerinde sürekli duran, çatal bıçak peçete koyma tabakları var. Bu tabaklara yemek de dökülüyor. Masayı sildikleri bezle bu servis ekipmanını silmeleri gerçekten hoş bir görüntü değildi. Kahvaltıda istek üzerine hazırlanan tek ürün kahve. İsterseniz sıraya girip latte, cappucino vs. yaptırabiliyorsunuz. Gelelim en güzel kısmına. Restoran inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemeklerin iyi bir şef tarafından hazırlandığı belli oluyordu. Sunum ve pişme durumu etkileyiciydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve saygılıydı. Özellikle bar kısmında da çalışan uzun saçlı beye çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonundan manzara ile yorumumu tamamlıyorum.

This hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Danube River. Parking in the hotel's underground garage is free at night, which is a big plus! 👍 There's complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby 👍 The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality options. The fresh squeezed juice is excellent! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time.
