Characterful 2 bedroom beach cottage, a 5 minutes walk down a pathway to the beach, with its own small swimming pool.Sea Shanty is located on exclusive Bank's road. The pink sand beach is a 5 minute walk away, and Tippy's restaurant is a 2 minute drive or 15 walk down the beach. Sea Shanty, which sits in 1/4 acre of private grounds, has a roof top deck, overlooking the trees, with a view to the ocean beyond. There is a new 15 foot, private swimming pool for your use. The cozy master bedroom, which has King size bed, is directly off the deck on the second floor of the house. Downstairs is open plan, with the a small, but fully functioning kitchen, a dining area suitable for 4, and a lounge which has a TV and a couch. Off the living room, there is a small 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a single loft bed above. This second bedroom would suit children, but also works for a couple.
