Went there with friends. The host was very nice and answered all our questions since it was our first time staying in a loft. I found the environment quite clean, and it's a great spot for a small get-together with friends.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

Wonderful room! Nice girl who explained everything (we are Russian speakers and did not understand how to check in, we wrote to her on trip.com and she met us near the hotel, showed us everything), convenient location (10 minutes walk to the shopping street), clean, bright room. Good soundproofing, great view from the window, not noisy near the hotel. I highly recommend.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent. The hairdryer was really good, and there's a hidden little nook in the room where you can sit, have some tea, and look out the window. Service: The service was fantastic! The front desk lady even gave us a free room upgrade so our two rooms would be closer together. Environment: When I first arrived, I was captivated by all the interesting shops in 'You Shan' (the mountain area), feeling like there wasn't enough time to explore. Yet, this hotel, nestled right in 'You Shan', was surprisingly quiet. It was so peaceful that you completely forget you're actually in the bustling 'You Shan' area.

The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was super king-sized, easily accommodating our family of three with plenty of room for our child to roll around without feeling squished. All the facilities in the hotel were brand new and spotlessly clean. There's an indoor pool, which our child absolutely loved playing in. All the disposable toiletries were individually sealed in bags, ensuring excellent hygiene, which gave us extra peace of mind when traveling with a child. Staff service was warm and attentive; they were always helpful in addressing our requests. We used the complimentary shuttle service to the station, and it was perfectly timed, seamlessly connecting with our onward travel without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

The host is always ready to help and answer all the questions. Moreover, the hotel’s location is ideal, providing convenient access to nearby attractions and the railway station. The decoration style of the hotel is unified, details such as door handles and switches are exquisite and beautiful. The service process pays great attention to details. The hotel is in a superior location, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance.

The room was very clean and cleaned on time every day. The facilities in the hotel were very good. It was especially for girls. The first time I met the hotel that prepared a curling bar to remove the makeup and the cotton pad deck was moved to death. It was very close to some attractions and very convenient.

Booking this B&B was the best decision of our trip! The room design is incredibly stylish, with the wooden decor perfectly executed. The small courtyard outside the window was particularly beautiful after a light snowfall, with a dusting of snow on the table. The room was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The location was also very convenient. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful, providing full guidance from before check-in right through to check-out. The entire experience was fantastic, like being welcomed by an old friend. She even specially prepared a gift, which was a lovely touch!
