"Hey Shanghainese folks, listen up! It's only a few hundred meters from the actual main entrance, but for lazy people, it might be a bit of a trek. You can drive there, and parking is 30 RMB. The guesthouse itself is really great – clean and relatively quiet! It's the tallest and largest guesthouse around, standing out from the ones on either side, so the views are unobstructed. During the National Day holiday, things were busy, but the landlady kept her cool and was super responsive to everything, which I really appreciated. Honestly, after looking around this trip, the service here was better than other so-called high-end guesthouses. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. There's parking right outside. I didn't have the landlady buy the 80 RMB tickets for me because she couldn't get them until 8:30 AM, and the scenic area opens at 7:30 AM. I bought my 110 RMB ticket online directly and was the first one through the gates on National Day. By 9 AM, when I was done and leaving, the peak crowds were just arriving. Then I went back to the guesthouse, took a shower, had some noodles, and relaxed watching a Vietnamese drama – pretty sweet!"

"In comparison, I don’t have any desire to take pictures. After all, the only facilities close to the scenic spot are facilities like this, otherwise there will be a heavy traffic jam and move slowly! It only takes 5 minutes to walk from the tourist service center. The boss's service attitude is very good. The sanitation is newly renovated, so it's not bad! There is no elevator, so bring your own bulk shower gel."

"Traveling in the off-season, the hotel is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The proprietress also upgraded the room type for free. She also helped to deliver the luggage to the room when there was no elevator. She was always considerate. Dinner was also eaten in the hotel lobby. The local specialty green bamboo fish and asparagus were transformed into delicious steamed fish and head-tail tofu soup by the proprietress's cooking skills. Highly recommended."

Renovated in 2024, the Mingshimeijing is a great choice for accommodation in Daxin. Famous local attractions Mingshi Tianyuan Zhuang Folk Residence Museum, Mingshi Grand Stage and Mingshi Rural, can all be reached with a short walk. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Daxin hotel offers parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"After sifting through numerous reviews and shortlisting a few places, I finally booked this hotel for my parents for 3 nights. It just goes to show that reading reviews and doing your research really pays off for a smooth and enjoyable trip! 😆
The views are absolutely stunning, the location is superb, and the owner is fantastic.
My parents were traveling alone, and being a bit older, the owner took wonderful care of them, providing pick-up/drop-off services and plenty of helpful information. The photos were taken by my parents, so their photography skills are, shall we say, 'limited' 😆, but hopefully, they still offer some useful insights!"

"Location of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area."

"All the deluxe rooms are on the 6th floor, including two deluxe king rooms and three deluxe twin rooms. One king and one twin room are corner units, which means they have two large windows (as pictured), while the others have one large window. Because it's high up, the natural light and views are really impressive. The price of 150 yuan is also reasonable (a place not far away, 61, costs over 500 yuan). Plus, there's free parking right outside the B&B. The only downside is that the walk to the waterfall involves a hilly climb, which can be a bit tiring."

"Facilities: Informed the housing preferences and the needs of the children, the front desk proprietress upgraded the room for free, the newly renovated room shower water and other facilities are very good
Hygienic: clean and hygienic. The proprietress is a clean person. You can see it in the entrance hall. It is clean and refreshing.
Environment: The surrounding area is the Guizhou landscape of karst. The scenery is beautiful. You can see the ”Kiss of the Lion” by pushing the window. The scenery on the roof in the morning is amazing. Remember to get up early to watch the sunrise.
Service: The proprietress enthusiastically introduced how to play the surrounding scenery. What time to go, the recommended spicy fragrance is super delicious. I love to eat. As soon as I enter the store, I know that it is a store that locals love to go to.
Would recommend friends to go.
The only fly in the ointment is that the ”Detian Waterfall” is sufficient in summer to look good and fun. The time we went is wrong. The ticket can be reduced from 115 yuan/person to 35 yuan/person a few days later. We as tourists did not do the strategy and did not go when drunk."

"The room was very large and spacious! Perfect for those who dislike small rooms. The second bedroom had two comfortable beds, and the room was quiet and well-maintained; I slept very well. The view was beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite, so it was a great deal! The master bedroom was surrounded by bamboo groves and had a bathtub (my friend stayed in that room, so I didn't take a picture). Both bedrooms had their own toilets, and there was another toilet in the living room. There was a massage chair and a refrigerator. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the scenic area bus parking lot. They also have a restaurant; their signature dish is crispy roast chicken, and they also serve other local specialties. A 10% discount is given when paying with your room key."

"Yueyunjuju is very close to the entrance of Detian Waterfall Scenic Area, just a few minutes walk away, the location is excellent.
The hotel is equipped with an elevator and it is very convenient to carry luggage. The rooms are spacious and clean, the mountain view is beautiful and the view is wide. The boss service is very intimate, help arrange high-floor rooms, and buy tickets on behalf of them, not only saves the cost and time of queuing for sightseeing cars, but also patiently answers questions such as dining and play. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is no pressure for self-driving parking. The overall experience is good.
The slope of the luggage at the entrance of the hotel is too large, and it is very difficult to drag the box into the hotel. It is best if you can improve it or help."

Guest UserThe little sister at the front desk is beautiful, witty and kind. The price of staying during the Spring Festival is a bit high. The dishes are as delicious as everyone's evaluation. The price is moderate. It is two kilometers away from the scenic spot. You can choose to walk during the peak travel period. The reception capacity of the scenic spot is limited. If there are more tourists, the traffic jam and the experience of blocking people are not good.

The hotel on the edge of the scenic spot, this price and the environment price are really worth it. I sleep well and walk a few steps the next day to see the waterfall. The location is great. The front desk helps to buy tickets. The boss also reminds friends with ticket preferential policies to make an appointment one day in advance. The service attitude is good. Stay here next time.

The room is quite clean, the boss service is very good, you can eat on the first floor, and the taste is not bad! It takes ten minutes to walk from the town, about 3 kilometers from the scenic parking lot, and it is quite quiet at night. The location of the air conditioner installation in my room is not good. It is blocked by the pillars and more than half of the wind. It is recommended to move the location so that the cooling is fast.

The homestay is located in the middle of the visitor center and the entrance of the scenic spot. Parking is available at the entrance of the store. The proprietress also helps to buy tickets. We drive to the entrance of the scenic spot for ten minutes. The room is very wide and the facilities are new, clean and clean. The homestay has elevators and public washing machines. Very good, recommended stay
